The invention extends the utility of apparatus used to extract medicinal cannabis compounds into an eluate by separating a portion of medicinal cannabis compounds contained within a portion of eluate at a first extraction target level providing enough clean solvent to continue extraction operations. A high efficiency concentrator such as a rotary evaporator or a wiped film evaporator processes eluate from one or more tanks or extraction vessels creating clean solvent when extraction targets are met or when clean solvent is exhausted. This manages eluate concentration levels and limits the quantity of concentrated medicinal cannabis compounds on site at any moment in time. The invention enables a business model for keeping medicinal cannabis compounds within a legal system, and reduces pollution because law enforcement would no longer have to burn large quantities of cannabis plant matter.

Essential element management

Methods and apparatus consistent with the present disclosure may provide electrical energy and thermal to extraction or separation equipment. Methods and apparatus consistent with the present disclosure may extract and concentrate essential elements plant matter. An amount of wasted heat energy collected from an engine that powers an electrical generator may be provided to an evaporation or separation process when electrical power is provided to extraction or separation processing equipment. Computers or electronics that control equipment consistent with the present disclosure may be remotely controlled via a mobile electronic device, when desired. Such computers or electronics may receive sensor data related to the operation of plant matter extractors, related separation equipment, or other equipment may be used to manage a production line. As such, methods and apparatus consistent with the present disclosure may extract essential elements fromplant matter and process those essential elements intoextracts or isolates.

Method and apparatus for sharing co-generated energy when processing essential elements derived from plant matter

A process and apparatus for extracting cannabinoids from cannabis plant material plant material and for transporting low concentrations of cannabinoids in a solution of solvent may include a solvent tank, a hopper, and one or more pumps. A plurality of valves may also be incorporated into the invention. Plant material may be soaked, washed, and/or rinsed with a solvent that extracts essential elements from cannabis plant matter. The process may minimally include filling a hopper with plant mater, moving solvent from a solvent tank to the hopper, and moving solvent back to the solvent tank after an extraction. The invention is a process for the controlled decarboxylation ofwherein Medicinal Delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (&#x394;-THC) and other cannabinoid medicinal substances are decarboxylated through a chemical reaction facilitated by a cofactor. The amount of medicinaldecarboxylated will be directly proportional to the amount of cofactor used. Use a small amount of the cofactor and only some of the medicinalcontained in rawwill be converted from an acidic form into a non-acidic form. Use a large amount of the cofactor and most or all of the medicinalwill be decarboxylated. The reaction is proportional to the molar mass of cofactor.

A Mobile Extractor for extracting essential elements from plant material and for transporting low concentrations of essential elements in a solution of solvent includes a clean tank, a hopper, one or more pumps, a plurality of valves, and a dirty tank. Plant material may be soaked or rinsed with a solvent that extracts essential elements from the plant material where the solvent washes the essential elements from the plant material into a dirty tank. When the operation is complete the dirty tank will contain a solution of solvent infused with essential elements from the plant material. The best mode of the invention extracts cannabinoid orrelated essential elements from rawplant material and stores it in a solvent bath. The best mode pump or pumps used is one or more vacuum pumps.

Essential element extractor

An isochronous switched fabric network is disclosed comprising a plurality of interconnected switched nodes forming multiple dimensions, each switched node comprising an upstream port and a downstream port for each dimension, each upstream and downstream port comprising an input port and an output port. A discovery facility discovers a depth of each dimension, and discovers resources within each switched node. An addressing facility assigns a matrix address to each switched node, a resource reservation facility reserves resources within each switched node to establish a path through the switched fabric network for transmitting an isochronous data stream, and a scheduling facility schedules isochronous data transmitted through the switched fabric network.

A computer network is disclosed comprising a plurality of interconnected computer devices including a plurality of disk drives for storing network data, each disk drive comprising a head and a disk. The computer network comprises a plurality of interconnected nodes, and a reservation facility for reserving resources within the disk drives and the nodes to support a predetermined Quality-of-Service constraint with respect to data transmitted between the disk drives through the nodes of the computer network. In one embodiment, a switched node is disclosed comprising switching circuitry having more than two bi-directional ports for simultaneously transmitting data in multiple dimensions through a computer network, a disk for storing data, a head actuated over the disk for writing data to and reading data from the disk, and a reservation facility for reserving resources associated with data read from the disk and written to the disk to support the predetermined Quality-of-Service constraint with respect to data transmitted through the computer network.
