A conveyor for pulverized material comprises in combination a conduit, a screw rotatably mounted within the conduit having an material inlet end and material discharge end, means for rotating the screw, means for supplying material to the screw at the material inlet end, whereby the material will be compacted as it is advanced by the screw to the material discharge end, and means for admitting a gas under pressure to the compacted material at the material discharge end to render it fluent. In a portion of the screw a material seal is formed by the compacted material being advanced by the screw, wherein there are material pockets formed between adjacent screw flights, wherein the pocket size volume is at its maximum nearest the material inlet end and at its minimum nearest the material outlet end, with at least twice as many pockets of minimum size as of maximum size.

Apparatus to convey pulverized material

A crusher device includes a crusher head positioned within a container that is fed material to be crushed by the crusher head. The body of the crusher head includes at least one aperture in which at least one of an eccentric assembly and a portion of a cylinder is positioned. The container that receives material may be defined by a substantially vertical inner wall. The inner wall may be defined by a wearable surface. The crusher head may also have a wearable surface defined by a mantle.

Gyratory crusher device

A systemand method for clearing a crushing deviceof tramp material is disclosed. The system comprises at least one dual-acting cylinderwhich serves to both maintain a constant crushing force between a headand bowl, and also provide a clearing stroke to facilitate passage of said tramp material. Crusher clearing system

A milling device includes a grinding member, a table, a plurality of actuators and a controller. The table has a grinding surface. The table is positioned adjacent to the grinding member such that the grinding surface faces toward at least a portion of the grinding member. The table and the grinding member at least partially define a grinding chamber sized and configured to receive material. Each actuator is connected to the grinding member such that movement of that actuator causes at least a portion of the grinding member to move from a raised position to a lowered position to grind the material. The controller is connected to the actuators and is configured to cause the actuators to move in a sequence that causes the grinding member to wobble as the grinding member is moved by the actuators to grind material.
