Stent delivery systems and methods for making and using stent delivery systems are disclosed. An example stent delivery system may include an inner member having a stent receiving region, a stent disposed along the stent receiving region, a deployment sheath axially slidable relative to the inner member, the deployment sheath having a proximal end region, a handle coupled to the deployment sheath, a rod coupled to the handle, the rod having a distal end region, a proximal end region and a first threaded portion extending from the distal end region to the proximal end region and a coupling member configured to couple the rod to the deployment sheath, the coupling member having an engagement portion. Additionally, the first threaded portion of the rod is designed to engage the engagement portion of coupling member and rotation of the rod is designed to translate the coupling member along the rod.

Stent delivery systems

A method and system for processing signals from a plurality of groups of sensors are described. Each group includes a first sensor and at least one additional sensor. A first sensor identifier and first sensor data are received from the first sensor. At least one additional sensor identifier and additional sensor data are also received from the additional sensor(s). The first sensor and the additional sensor(s) of each group are co-located. The first sensor identifier is associated with the additional sensor identifier(s) for each group. Calibration information for the first sensor is obtained based on the first sensor identifier and the additional sensor identifier(s). The calibration information is specific to the first sensor having the first sensor identifier. Corrected first sensor data for each of the groups is provided based on the first sensor data, the additional sensor data and the calibration information.

Signal processing for multi-sensor groups

A portable stage includes a folding framework supporting a removable deck. The framework includes opposing folding end framework assemblies and opposed side framework assemblies. The framework folds from an extended position for use and a folded positon wherein the framework is compact for storage. The side framework assemblies each include corner columns connected by angled portions having a V configuration forming an open space below the deck. The decks connect with pin connectors that extend into through holes in the deck. The pin connectors having a threaded connector supporting a pin that provides for relative axial movement when the pin is rotated from above to adjust stage height. Removable guardrails include mounting brackets that attach to the pin connectors.

In accordance with embodiments, there are provided techniques for implementing batch processing in a multi-tenant database system. Described herein are endoscopic plicators passed transorally into the stomach and used to plicate stomach tissue by engaging tissue from inside of the stomach and drawing it inwardly. In the disclosed embodiments, the tissue is drawn inwardly into a vacuum chamber, causing sections of serosal tissue on the exterior of the stomach to be positioned facing one another. The disclosed plicators allow the opposed sections of tissue to be moved into contact with one another, and preferably deliver sutures, staples or other means for maintaining contact between the tissue sections at least until serosal bonds form between them. Each of these steps may be performed wholly from the inside of the stomach and thus can eliminate the need for any surgical or laparoscopic intervention. After one or more plications is formed, medical devices may be coupled to the plication(s) for retention within the stomach.

Described herein are endoscopic staplers and methods used to apply one or more fasteners to body tissue. In a method of stapling layers of tissue within a body cavity, an engaging instrument is passed between a stapler cartridge and anvil and used to engage a region of tissue. The engaging instrument is retracted to move the engaged tissue into the stapling position, and driving staples from the cartridge through at least two layers of the engaged tissue. The method and associated system may be used to form plications in body tissue, such as stomach wall tissue. Staples simultaneously driven through tissue may simultaneously capture a reinforcing elements positioned adjacent the cartridge and/or anvil prior to stapling.
