A device to measure the voltage at a test point, also referred to as a test point voltage sensor, comprises a housing formed from a first material and a second material, wherein the first material comprises an insulating material and the second material comprises a conductive or semiconductive material. The housing includes an opening configured to cover a test point of a cable accessory. The device further includes a pressure pad, disposed in the housing, having a conductive mating surface configured to contact a test point of the basic insulation plug or end plug. The device further includes a low side capacitor embedded in the housing and electrically coupled to the conductive mating surface. The device further includes a signal wire electrically coupled to the low side capacitor.

The present invention provides a material for packaging electronic components. In one embodiment, the packaging material comprises (a) a puncture resistant film having opposed first and second major surfaces; (b) a substantially continuous metal free light transmissible layer disposed on the first surface of the puncture resistant film, wherein the light transmissible layer comprises at least one pair of polymer layer and transparent conductive oxide layer; and (c) a heat sealable layer disposed on the light transmissible layer or on the second surface of the puncture resistant film. Specifically, a transparent sheet is provided having a toner-receptive coating containing about 4 wt. % to about 25 wt. % of a compatibilizer on at least one surface, wherein the coating has a low density yellow Q factor value at least 2 less than an identical coating without the compatibilizer.
