A bracket assembly that secures cables to rungs of a ladder rack. The bracket has a bottom portion, sidewalls, and an upper portion. The bracket is positioned under the rectangular body of the ladder rung and secured thereto with an interference fit. At least one cable is positioned on the ladder rung and the upper portion of the bracket. A tie secures the cable to the upper portion of the bracket.

A cradle clamp bracket assembly that secures cables to rungs of a ladder rack. The cradle clamp bracket assembly includes an elongated bracket having a first portion and a raised second portion. The first portion includes a slot located along the center of the first portion. The raised second portion includes a downwardly extending flange and at least one gusset to strengthen the bracket. The cradle clamp bracket assembly also includes a retainer that is received in the slot to engage the rung of the ladder rack.

The present invention is directed to a metal locking tie having a dual head that secures two different bundles using one tie. The dual head locking tie includes a top head, a bottom head, and a tie body. A first end of the tie body attaches to the bottom head and extends through a bottom strap passageway. The tie body wraps around a first bundle, extends through the top strap passageway of the dual head, wraps around a second bundle, and extends back through the bottom strap passageway of the dual head to secure two different bundles.

A cushion sleeve for a cable tie is provided. The cushion sleeve includes a body for receiving a bundle of cables. The body includes a first side and a second side opposite the first side. Additionally, the cushion sleeve includes a first arm extending from the first side of the body along a first axis and a second arm extending from the second side of the body along a second axis. The first axis is oblique to the second axis when the cushion sleeve is unwrapped such that the first arm engages the second arm when the cushion sleeve is wrapped around the bundle of cables.

A universal attachment flange to connect equipment utilized to perform a task to various connection arrangements. A universal attachment flange is provided with a plurality of hole patterns to permit a bolted attachment of the flange to other devices that present varying patterns of bolt receiving holes. The universal attachment flange is capable of connection to a variety of four (4) hole patterns and at least one three (3) hole pattern. In one form the universal attachment flange includes a through hole threaded to receive a connection fitting.

The present disclosure shows a security lock arrangement for a covered access opening. It shows a cable seal lock body housed in the cavity of a housing that is welded to a structure defining a covered access. The cable of the cable seal lock passes through a latch for the access opening cover and through the lock body from which it cannot be removed without destruction of the cable. A new cable is usable with the lock body permanently mounted to the covered access opening structure.

Integrated security mechanism

A ring protector for preventing unauthorized access through the dome port openings of a railcar dome. The ring protector defines a plurality of approximately equally spaced holes. The ring protector has an opened position in which each of the dome port openings is in-line with one of the access holes and a closed position in which each of the port openings is not in-line with one of the access holes. The ring protector is adapted to be rotatable from the opened position to the closed position.

A pneumatic outlet gate of a railroad hopper car has an valve member mounted for rotation in a discharge tube between open and closed positions. The valve member is an arcuate segment terminating laterally at edge faces. The edge faces are angled such that in the upper half of the discharge tube they always slant downwardly from the surface of the tube, while in the lower half of the discharge tube the edge faces face downwardly. An arrangement of stops and abutments prevents rotation of the valve member to a location where the edge faces could trap lading against the discharge tube. Accordingly, the edge faces are self-emptying.
