Described are techniques for maintaining the accuracy of a precomputed output by determining sets of instructions for accessing and extracting values from individual data sources used to determine the output. Responsive to the determination of a modification to data in the data source, the data sources may be accessed to determine values that may be used to modify the precomputed output. The sets of instructions for accessing the data sources may be determined based on the relationships between different data sources and between one or more data sources and the output.

System for maintaining precomputed values determined from data sources

Techniques are described for dynamically generating filter controls that enable the filtering of content items presented in a user interface such as a web application. In response to a request for content, one or more content items may be provided. The content item(s) may be analyzed to determine one or more attributes that describe the content item(s). The filter control(s) may then be determined dynamically based on the attribute(s) of the content item(s). The filter control(s) may be presented in the same user interface with the content item(s) to enable filtering of the content item(s) based on the attribute(s). The filter control(s) may be determined based on user behavior data, user demographic data, social network data, historical sales information, or other information.

Context based search filters

Disclosed are various embodiments for a service scaling application. Requests for predicted future usage of a service are obtained. Resources required to satisfy the requests are calculated and aggregated. Growth functions facilitate determining usage of a service over time. An acquisition of resources is then generated from the required resources.
