A bearing mechanism () for a transverse leaf spring () for mounting in the region of a vehicle axle of a vehicle. The bearing mechanism () has two outer bearing shells () that can be connected together and insertion devices () with at least some regions of which are encompassed by the outer bearing shells () and which each comprise at least two layer elements (A,B,C andA,B,C) with different stiffnesses. A bush bearing with a radial stiffness that changes in the circumferential direction. The bearing has at least one radial web with a high radial stiffness in a first radial major load-bearing direction, and at least one pocket with a significantly smaller radial stiffness than in the region of the radial web in a second radial direction which is preferably perpendicular to the first radial direction. To achieve a large force-displacement ratio and simultaneously a soft torsion characteristic, the inner element of the bearing of the invention is formed in two parts. It consists of a metal inner sleeve and a preferably also metal bearing core received in the inner sleeve. An elastomer or a rubber contour is vulcanized on the inner surface of the inner sleeve or the outer surface of the bearing core. The inner core is oversized with respect to the inner diameter of the elastomer contour. The bearing core is pressed into the inner sleeve, but does not adhere to it.

Bush bearing with a radial stiffness which changes in the circumferential direction

A hydraulically damping rubber bush bearing suitable for absorbing cardanic loads in the vertical installed position and yet has a simple geometry and construction. The bearing has chambers receiving the damping agent and has an undercut in the direction of the bearing axis at least in the area of one of their axial ends. An inner cage and the elastomeric bearing body are axially shortened in the corresponding circumferential section compared to the rest of their circumferential sections.

Hydraulically damping rubber bush bearing for vertical mounting

A hydraulically damping rubber mount is provided with a variable channel length. The mount channel length can be adapted to the later intended use with a simple design during the manufacture without changing the design. The hydraulic mount has an elastomeric damping member, at least two chambers to accommodate a fluid damping agent and a channel carrier with a channel connecting the chambers in a flow-conducting manner. The channel has passage openings to the chambers. An incompletely closed ring, one end of which forms a channel deflection, is displaceably guided in the channel in the manner according to the present invention. The channel is divided as a result into two channel parts, which unite between the ends of the ring and through which the damping agent flows in opposite directions.

A rubber bearing with graduated damping characteristic has essentially a preferably cylindrical or approximately cylindrical inner part, a tubular outer sleeve arranged coaxially around the inner part as well as a pressure body with chambers for a damping agent. The pressure body is arranged in a fixed manner between the inner part and the outer sleeve. A rubber bearing which has a simple design and effectively damps forces introduced in different ranges of the characteristic due to its graduated damping characteristic is provided. The pressure body of the bearing is divided in the radial direction into a plurality of damping areas whose damping characteristics can be adjusted independently from one another by an intermediate sleeve arranged coaxially to the inner part and the outer sleeve.

The chambers ( &prime;) are formed in the channel carrier ( ) and the chambers ( ) are formed during the mounting of the bearing between the channel part ( ) and the sections ( ) of increased diameter of the bearing inner part ( ) in the vicinity of the axial ends of the bearing are connected to one another via the channel ( ).

Rubber bearing having axial damping

A hydraulically damping rubber is provided with an uncoupling element. The bearing has an elastomer arranged between an essentially cylindrical inner part and a cylindrical outer sleeve and connected to the inner part by vulcanization. The hydraulically damping rubber bearing has chambers for receiving a damping agent. The chambers are connected by at least one channel arranged in a channel carrier. The uncoupling element is provided for uncoupling the damping action caused by the circulation of the damping agent in the channel or channels against forces of low exciting amplitude introduced into the bearing. The uncoupling element is a separate component from the hydraulically damping rubber bearing, arranged in a recess in a channel carrier space of the bearing. The uncoupling element includes a frame with a membrane fixed in a freely vibrating manner in or on the frame and a radial distance is assigned to the membrane between the channel carrier and the outer sleeve of the bearing, so that a radially directed movement of the membrane is possible.

A rubber bearing with radical travel limitation and with a damping agent channel has an inner part with a tubular inner contour, an elastomer surrounding the inner part and connected thereto by vulcanization, and a channel carrier. The channel carrier is made of one or more plastic parts and surrounds the elastomer in some sections and is supported on the elastomer via support elements. Stop surfaces for the radial travel limitation are provided on the inside of the channel carrier. At least one damping agent channel, which connects chambers formed between the elastomer and the channel carrier for receiving a liquid damping agent, is integrated in the outer surface of the channel carrier. In the area of the chambers ( ), the channel carrier ( ) has recesses ( ) for the discharge and the entry of damping agent. The recesses ( ), connected to one another by the damping agent channel ( ), are arranged on the circumference of the channel carrier ( ) in the area of the support elements ( ) and opposite the same. Depressions ( ), for enclosing damping agent during the coming into contact of the elastomer ( ) with the corresponding stop surface ( ) as a consequence of an inward deflection of the bearing brought about by a radially introduced force, are provided on the inner contour of the channel carrier ( ) and/or on the outer contour of the elastomer ( ) in the area of the stop surfaces ( ).

Rubber bearing with radial travel limitation and damping agent channel

A sleeve-type rubber shock absorber with hydraulic damping for mounts in motor vehicles includes an inner mounting sleeve (1), an outer mounting sleeve (2) surrounding same at a radially spaced location, at least one elastomer body (3), which is adheringly arranged between the two mounting sleeves and forms at least one chamber (4) filled with hydraulic damping agent. A cap (5) sealingly closes the sleeve-type rubber shock absorber, forming a second chamber (6). A channel plate (7) is provided which contains a throttle channel (7.1) connecting the chambers (4 and 6), wherein the outer bearing sleeve (2) has at least two different external diameters, of which the mainly radially loaded area of the smaller diameter is inserted into the motor vehicle component (8). At least two stop buffers (9) are arranged distributed over the circumference and are provided on the corresponding area of the inner mounting sleeve (1). The area of the larger diameter contains the chambers (4, 6), which are separated by the channel plate (7) and are filled with damping agent. The preferably two-part channel plate (7) has a support part (7.2) with the throttle channel (7.1) as well as a cover (7.3) closing same. The support part (7.2) is made in one piece with a diaphragm (7.4), whose radially inner area is sealingly inserted into a complementary mount of the inner mounting sleeve (1).

Sleeve-type rubber shock absorber with hydraulic damping

An engine mount with hydraulic damping for motor vehicles which has at least two chambers, which are provided with at least partially elastically deformable walls in a housing and are filled with a damping fluid. A common valve plate is between the chambers. An uncoupling membrane of an elastic material is arranged in a cage structure with openings. The edge of the uncoupling membrane is inserted radially movably with a gentle pretension or clamping force in a recess between two disks of the valve plate, which are designed as a cage, wherein at least one of these openings is continued radially to the edge of the uncoupling membrane.

A sleeve rubber spring for mounts in a motor vehicle, in which a rubber body is arranged between an inner tube and an outer tube and has at least two chambers, which are filled with a fluid damping agent and are connected to one another through at least one overflow channel. A shutoff structure is provided including an axially extending seal, which opens only in the case of a predetermined pressure difference in the chambers. This seal of the shutoff structure of the overflow channel includes at least two sealing lips, which are separated from one another, have a hook-type profile in their cross section with a radial undercut and are deformable radially to the central axis of the sleeve rubber spring.

Sleeve rubber spring for mounts in a motor vehicle

A pivoting bearing for mounting pull rods in motor vehicles, which includes a metallic housing (2) with a cylindrical inner jacket, a metallic inner part (1), and an elastomer body (3) arranged between the housing (2) and the inner part (1). The elastomer body (3) compensates axial, radial, and cardanic movements of the housing (2) in relation to the inner part (1) by molecular deformation. The elastomer body (3), which cooperates with the cylindrical inner jacket of the housing radially in the outward direction, is arranged adheringly on the inner part (1) and is pre-tensioned axially between plate rings (4, 5). The external diameter of the plate rings (4 and 5) is undersized compared with the internal diameter of the inner jacket of the housing. A sliding surface is obtained on the cylindrical outer jacket of the elastomer body under the axial pre-tensioning of this. This sliding surface permits rotary movement of the inner part (1) in the housing (2).

Pivoting bearing for mounting pull rods in motor vehicles

The sleeve rubber spring consists of an inner mounting sleeve (1), an outer mounting sleeve (2) surrounding the inner mounting sleeve at a radially spaced location, and a rubber body (3) arranged rigidly adhering between the two mounting sleeves. The rubber body forms at least two chambers (5, 6) are formed, which are filled with damping medium and permanently communicate with each other. An elastically deformable body forms a protective tube (4), into which the inner and outer mounting sleeves (2) are sealingly inserted. An overflow channel (8) with a shut-off device, which opens automatically at a predetermined pressure differential in the two chambers (5, 6) by radial deformation of the protective tube (4), is provided between the chambers (5, 6).
