A locking unit (), for a vehicle seat (), includes a locking pawl () which is mounted so as to be pivotable about a pivot axis between an open position and a closed position and which has a retention contour () for securing a locking bolt () in the closed position. At least one claw (), offset in the axial direction with respect to the locking pawl (), is mounted so as to be pivotable about the same pivot axis. The claw () has a closure contour (). The locking pawl () can be pivoted from the open position to the closed position by the closure contour () being acted upon by the locking bolt ().

Locking unit for a vehicle seat, and vehicle seat

A locking unit () for a vehicle seat () includes a pawl () which is mounted pivotably about a pivot axis between an open position and a closed position and has a retaining contour () for securing a locking pin () in the closed position. At least one claw () is mounted pivotably about the same pivot axis in a manner offset in the axial direction with respect to the pawl (). The claw () has a closing contour (). The pawl () is pivotable from the open position into the closed position by the closing contour () being acted upon by the locking pin ().

A locking device is provided for a vehicle seat, for locking the back rest to a seat part and/or for locking the backrest to a body of a vehicle. The locking device uses a locking lever which can be moved from an unlocked position into a locked position in which it lockingly interacts with a bolt.

Locking device

A locking unit () for a vehicle seat () includes a housing with at least on side plate () and/or a cover plate (), and at least one bearing bolt () having a bearing axis (). The at least one bearing bolt (), in an axial direction, is penetrated by a through opening () having a through axis (). The through axis () of the through opening () extends offset to the bearing axis () of the bearing bolt ().

A vehicle seat locking unit () includes a lock housing having a receptacle opening () for receiving a locking bolt (). A rotary latch () is mounted to swivel around a bearing bolt () and has a hook aperture () for locking together with the locking bolt. The bearing bolt is aligned in an axial direction and the receptacle opening is delimited by a locking bolt stop element (), located in the hook aperture, which axially protrudes into the lock housing. In a locked state the locking bolt extends in the axial direction. A first contact region (), between the locking bolt and the stop element, and a second contact region (), between the locking bolt and the rotary latch, partially overlap in the axial direction, or the first contact region lies completely within the second contact region in the axial direction. A vehicle seat () includes such locking unit.

A locking unit () for a vehicle seat () includes a housing with a side plate () which has at least one first mounting aperture (), and/or with a cover plate () which has at least one second mounting aperture (), and at least one mounting stud (). The first mounting aperture () and/or the second mounting aperture () are designed so that the mounting stud () can be placed in at least two different positions in the first mounting aperture () and/or in the second mounting aperture ().

A vehicle seat () includes a structural part () which has a lock connection plate () and a locking unit () which is fixed to the lock connection plate (). The locking unit () has at least one bearing bolt () with a passage opening (). The lock connection plate () also comprises at least one mating contour () which projects into the passage opening () in the at least one bearing bolt ().

Vehicle seat with a locking unit

A locking element for a vehicle seat serves to lock the backrest to a seat part and/or to the body of the vehicle. The element comprises a rotatably mounted rotary catch which interacts with a pin in a locking manner. A rotatably mounted latching pawl secures the rotary catch in its locking position. In case of an accident, the rotary catch and the latching pawl are displaced relative to a housing part.

Locking element for a vehicle seat

A locking device (), particularly for a vehicle seat, for the detachable locking of two components () that can be displaced relative to each other, includes a first locking element () that is supported on the first component () in a displaceable, particularly a pivoting manner about a first bearing pin () and a second locking element () that is associated with the second component () and that interacts with the first locking element () in a locked state of the locking device (). A first safety element (), that can be displaced relative to the first locking element (), secures the locked state of the locking device in the normal case by acting on the first locking element (). A second safety element () is provided that can be displaced relative to the first locking element (). The safety element supports the first locking element () at least in the case of a crash. At least one spring () applies a force (K) to at least one of the two safety elements (), which is supported on a second bearing pin () pivotally about the center (Z) thereof, at a point (P) and pretensions the element against the first locking element () or against a stop (). The force (K) travels through the center (Z) in at least an angular position of the safety element () acted on by the spring ().

Locking device for a vehicle seat

An inclination adjuster is provided for a vehicle seat. The adjuster includes a rail and a slide piece displaceable on the rail. The rail is curved and has a one piece flat profile. Latching means interacts with complementary latching means for engaging the rail. One or both latching means may include a claw or claws.

Inclination adjuster in particular for the backrest of a vehicle back seat

The present invention relates to a fitting () for a vehicle seat, especially for an automotive seat. The fitting comprises two individual fittings () that are arranged axially juxtaposed and in parallel in relation to the flow of force, and that each have two fitting parts () that can be rotated in relation to each other and that are mechanically interlinked by way of an eccentric epicyclic gear defining backlash. The present invention is characterized in that the first individual fitting () has an eccentric that is not able to eliminate the backlash and the second individual fitting () has an eccentric adapted for eliminating the backlash.

Fitting for a vehicle seat

In a fitting () for a vehicle seat, in particular for a motor vehicle seat, having two by themselves fully functional, adjacent single fittings () defining two parallel axes (A, B), the single fittings () are substantially axially aligned with respect to each other along the common first axis (A).

A fitting for a vehicle seat, in particular for a motor vehicle seat, has a first fitting part (), a second fitting part () in geared connection with the first fitting part (), and an eccentric () for driving a rolling movement of the second fitting part () on the first fitting part (). The eccentric is defined by at least one driving ring () and two wedge segments (). The wedge segments () are braced with respect to one another. The driving ring () encloses the wedge segments (). For each of the wedge segments (), the outer side of the wedge segment bears along at least one outer supporting line () against the driving ring ().

In the case of a fitting for a vehicle seat, in particular for a motor vehicle seat, having a first fitting part (), a second fitting part () connected by a gear mechanism to the first fitting part (), a driving ring (), which at least partially defines an eccentric () and is mounted rotatably in the first fitting part, for driving a rolling movement of the second fitting part () on the first fitting part (), and a drivable driving bushing () which is mounted rotatably, the driving bushing () and the driving ring () are connected to each other in a form-fitting manner by a transmission profile (').

In the case of a fitting for a vehicle seat, in particular for a motor vehicle seat, having a first fitting part (), a second fitting part () connected by a gear mechanism to the first fitting part (), a driving ring (), which at least partially defines an eccentric () and is mounted rotatably in the first fitting part, for driving a rolling movement of the second fitting part () on the first fitting part (), and a drivable driving bushing () which is mounted rotatably, the driving bushing () and the driving ring () are connected to each other in a form-fitting manner by a transmission profile ().
