A method for determining an operating condition of at least one plain bearing includes measuring, by a sensor, structure-borne noise arising from a toothed engagement of a first gear and a second gear, wherein the first gear is rotatably mounted via the plain bearing and meshes with the second gear. The method further includes assigning, to a signal of the sensor, a variable that correlates with the operating condition of the plain bearing.

An arrangement forming a lubricant circuit includes at least one lubricant line, at least one line branching that branches the lubricant line into a first branch and a second branch. The arrangement further includes at least one lubricant reservoir integrated into the first branch, and at least one line junction where the first branch and the second branch merge. A drive train of a fluid flow power plant, in particular of a wind power plant or of a tidal power plant, includes a rotor hub that bears at least one rotor blade and a transmission that has a plurality of planetary stages. The transmission is configured to transmit a rotational movement of a rotor shaft connected to the rotor hub to a drive of a downstream generator in a stepped-up fashion. The rotor hub, the transmission, and the generator are arranged coaxially with respect to one another. The transmission is embodied as a power-split transmission with three planetary stages so as to form a suitable transmission ratio of a rotational movement of the rotor shaft on the drive of the generator in a compact fashion.

A method for damping torsional oscillations in a power production plant includes a drive train, a rotor fitted to a rotor-side end of the drive train, and a generator driven via the drive train and fitted to a generator-side end of the drive train. By using at least one angular position of the drive train at the generator-side end thereof, a torsional moment acting on the drive train is determined and used to control the generator.

A stationary energy generation plant includes a control device that serves to control current and energy flow. The energy generation plant includes at least one mechanically driven rotor and a generator mechanically coupled to the rotor.
