A plug connector for providing an electrical connection, having a collective seal with at least one passage opening and at least one electrically conductive plug contact, which is guided through the at least one passage opening of the collective seal. Also disclosed is a template for the passage opening to support the plug contact when the plug contact is guided through the passage opening of the collective seal.

An electrical connector for receiving at least one electrical conductor comprises a housing, a bus bar arranged inside the housing, and at least one clamp arranged inside the housing. The clamp has a spring arm moveable relative to the bus bar between a connecting position and a disconnecting position. The spring arm cooperates with the bus bar to secure an electrical conductor to the bus bar when the spring arm is in the connecting position. The spring arm allows an end section of an electrical conductor to be inserted through an opening of the housing in the disconnecting position. At least one slider extends into the housing and is moveable relative to the housing between a closed position and an open position. The slider includes at least one sliding guide cooperating with the spring arm such that a movement of the slider translates into a movement of the spring arm.

An electrical connector for receiving at least one electrical conductor comprises a bus bar and at least one clamp, wherein the at least one clamp comprises a spring arm moveable relative to the bus bar. The spring arm cooperates with the bus bar to secure an electrical conductor to the bus bar when the spring arm is in a connecting position. The at least one clamp is directly mounted to the bus bar.

A sealing element for sealing a housing opening in a housing, wherein the sealing element comprises at least one through-opening for the passage of an electrical cable into the housing. The sealing element is formed of a first subcomponent and a second subcomponent, the first subcomponent and the second subcomponent having a different hardness and the two subcomponents are made of silicone.

The present invention concerns an apparatus for use in the assembly of an elastic sealing element on an electrical conductor as well as a method for sheathing an electrical conductor with an elastic sealing element. The apparatus according to the invention has a first pin which performs a reciprocating movement and at the front end of which is formed a cutting tip which, on penetration through a sealing element positioned in front of the cutting tip in the direction of reciprocation and designed as a solid body, produces a through-opening in the sealing element. Furthermore, the apparatus comprises a second pin for receiving the sealing element which has been provided with a through-opening by the first pin, wherein the outer circumference of the second pin in at least one region is larger than the outer circumference of the first pin for expansion of the through-opening produced in the elastic sealing element.

Procedure and device for assembly of a flexible seal element on an electrical conductor

The present invention concerns a method for sheathing an electrical conductor with an elastic sealing element. In the method, first a through-opening is produced in the sealing element with a first equivalent diameter. Next the through-opening which has been produced with a first equivalent diameter is expanded to a second equivalent diameter, in order to be able to introduce an electrical conductor into it. Then contraction of the through-opening which has been expanded to the second equivalent diameter is brought about, in order thus to obtain sealing off of the electrical conductor from the elastic sealing element.

Procedure for covering an electrical conductor with a flexible seal element

The invention relates to a clamping apparatus comprising a base body and two clamping straps which are arranged opposite one another on one side of the base body, are made flexible at least sectionally, extend convexly to one another in a non-clamping state of the clamping apparatus and can be brought into engagement by being pressed together in order thereby to fasten an object located between the clamping straps and the base body to the clamping apparatus of a clamping fit.

The invention relates to an electrical plug connector comprising a first plug part, a second plug part which can be plugged together with the first plug part and an insertion part which is supported displaceably at the first plug part in the plug-in direction and cooperates with at least one spring element of the first plug part, with the insertion part being able to be pushed into the first plug part by the second plug part against the restoring force of the spring element on the plugging together of the plug parts, and with the spring element being substantially relaxed with separated plug parts and in the completely plugged together state of the plug connector.
