A method for activating a fluid solenoid valve in a fluid system of a vehicle, in which, in order to set a switching mode, an activation voltage is applied to a coil arrangement of the fluid solenoid valve. The activation voltage is set depending on an operating criterion to at least two different operating modes, wherein, in a first operating mode, a current regulation of the coil current flowing through the coil arrangement is performed, and in a second operating mode, differing from the first operating mode, the activation voltage is set without the current regulation.

A bistable solenoid valve device for a fluid system is provided. The bistable solenoid valve device comprises a bistable solenoid valve. The bistable solenoid valve comprises a permanent magnet. The bistable solenoid valve further comprises an armature displaceable between a first armature position and a second armature position. The bistable solenoid valve further comprises a first switching coil for energization for a displacement of the armature into the first armature position. The bistable solenoid valve further comprises a second switching coil for energization for a displacement of the armature into the second armature position. The bistable solenoid valve further comprises an evaluation device adapted to measure an induced coil voltage, an induced coil current, or both the induced coil voltage and the induced coil current, at one or more of the non-energized switching coils. The evaluation device is further adapted to assess a switching behavior of the armature.

Bistable solenoid valve device, and method for monitoring it

A membrane valve arrangement () includes a disc-shaped valve membrane () made from an elastic material and a disc () having a central opening (). The valve membrane () is arranged with one side on the disc () and has a circumferential sealing bead () radially outside on the side opposite from the disc. The disc () is arranged, along with the valve membrane (), between a housing upper part () and a housing lower part () of the membrane valve arrangement (). The sealing bead () is clamped between the housing upper part () and the housing lower part (). The sealing action in the region of the sealing bead is largely independent of tolerances because, on at least one of the housing parts in the region of the sealing bead () and/or in the radially outer peripheral region of the disc (), additional sealing arrangements are present.

Membrane valve arrangement

A valve unit for modulating pressure in a pneumatic brake system includes an inlet valve and an outlet valve, which are designed as diaphragm valves, and via which a brake pressure outlet can be connected to a brake pressure inlet or a vent outlet or can be shut off relative thereto. The valve unit further includes two pilot valves, designed as 3/2-way solenoid valves, via each of which a control chamber adjoining a diaphragm of an associated diaphragm valve can be supplied with a control pressure via a control pressure line. The diaphragm valves are arranged radially adjacent to each other. The inlet valve and/or the outlet valve is/are each designed as a springless diaphragm valve and in that the associated control pressure line opens, in each case centrally and in an axially oriented manner, into the control chamber of the relevant diaphragm valve.

Valve unit for modulating the pressure in a pneumatic brake system

An electropneumatic pilot unit for controlling a pneumatic consumer is provided herein. The pilot unit comprises at least two electromagnetic pilot valves. Each of the electromagnetic pilot valves comprises a coil for producing a magnetic flux along a valve axis, an armature which can be moved in the axial direction of the valve axis, a valve seat which can be closed and opened by the armature, and a pneumatic inlet port and a pneumatic outlet port. At least two of the pilot valves lie next to each other with parallel valve axes. Each pilot valve has a port which protrudes towards a common underside for connection to a pilot chamber of the consumer controlled by the pilot valves.

A bistable solenoid valve device for a fluid system includes a bistable solenoid valve and a detection device. The bistable solenoid valve has a permanent magnet yoke, an armature configured to be displaced between a first armature position for contact against a first core to form an air gap with a second core and a second armature position for contact against the second core to form an air gap with the first core. The bistable solenoid valve device further includes a detection device configured to evaluate and/or measure a first inductance of the first armature coil, and evaluate and/or measure a second inductance of the second armature coil without displacement of the armature, to compare the inductance of the first armature coil and the inductance of the second armature coil, and to output a state signal that indicates the armature position.

A valve unit for modulating pressure in a compressed-air brake system comprises an inlet valve () and an outlet valve () configured as diaphragm valves, a brake pressure output () configured to be connected to or shut off from a brake pressure input () or a vent output (), two pilot valves () configured as 3/2-way solenoid valves, and a respective control chamber () adjacent to the diaphragm () of the diaphragm valves (). A two-stage solenoid valve for an electropneumatic valve control unit, e.g., a pilot control unit of a pressure modulator, includes a solenoid system to which a first and second current intensity can be applied as well as a solenoid valve device with a primary side connectable to a first compressed-air supply and a secondary side connectable to a second compressed-air supply. A mechatronic device comprising a housing that encompasses a mechanical part and an electronic part is provided. The mechanical part includes one or more solenoid valves and pressure-directing ducts. The electronic part includes a printed circuit board with electronic components. Sensor modules are incorporated in the pressure-directing ducts to measure physical parameters. In order to minimize electrical connections and separate seals for the sensor modules, the sensor modules wirelessly communicate with at least one reading station located on the circuit board by means of radio technology or light-emitting and light sensitive elements.
