A device having at least one housing and one bottom connected to the housing. In this context, the housing has a housing wall and the bottom at least one base. Further it is provided for the base to have a specifiable edge. The essence of the present arrangement now lies in the fact that the edge of the base has at least two regions, a first region being situated closer to the housing wall and a second region being further removed from the housing wall.

Base design for self-centering

A force-measuring element, having a series connection of at least two capacitors, the force-measuring element being designed in such a way that, under the action of force, a first capacitance of a first capacitor of the at least two capacitors increases and a second capacitance of a second capacitor of the at least two capacitors decreases, in which the force-measuring element is in the form of a connecting element, in which an application of force is provided on a long side of a sleeve of the force-measuring element, and the at least two capacitors are separated by a bar that essentially stands firm during the action of force, so that a first space having the first capacitor above the bar becomes smaller as a result of the application of force, and below the bar a second space becomes larger.

Force-measuring element

A micromechanical sensor and a method for manufacturing a micromechanical sensor which has at least one membrane are provided. The membrane is made of a first material which is accommodated in a surrounding second material, and the membrane is configured for sensing a medium surrounding it. The membrane is reinforced, at least partly, by a third material at break-sensitive points on the membrane rim. Reinforcement of the membrane rim increases the stability and thus also the service life of the membrane and the sensor.

Membrane sensor

A device, an ammeter and a motor vehicle, having a first section and a second section of a conductor for the purpose of measuring the electrical amperage in the conductor are described; a first sensor means and a second sensor means being provided; the current flowing in the first section and in the second section generating a useful magnetic field; the first sensor means being provided to measure the useful magnetic field; the second sensor means being provided in a location where the useful magnetic field disappears; the second sensor means being provided to measure a magnetic interference field; and the measurement of the useful magnetic field being correctable by the measurement of the magnetic interference field.

Device, ammeter and motor vehicle

A device and method for measuring at least one of a force component and a torque component. The device includes a deformation member, for measuring at least one of a force component and torque component, a separate measuring element, configured to measure at least one force component, and an electronics unit, connected to the measuring element configured to evaluate a measuring signal of the measuring element. The deformation member includes a base part and at least one tongue movable with respect to the base part. The base part is arranged so that a gap between the measuring element and the tongue has a gap width variable in response to the force component introduced onto the deformation member. The measuring element is configured to convert a change in the gap width into a measuring signal. The method includes the step of changing the gap width between the tongue and the measuring element by introducing the force component into the deformation member. The method further includes the step of detecting the change in the gap width by the measuring element. The method further includes the step of directing the measuring signal by the measuring element to the electronics unit for further processing as a function of the change in the gap width.
