A tap changer for uninterrupted switching between winding taps of a tapped transformer has first and second load branches for each phase to be switched. Each load branch has a main vacuum switch and in parallel thereto a series connection of a switch-over resistance and a respective auxiliary vacuum switch. First and second vacuum switching tubes each contain the main vacuum switch of the respective first and second load branches and the auxiliary vacuum switch of the other of the load branches.

The invention relates to a tap changer having vacuum interrupters for switching over between winding taps of a tapped transformer without interruption. The tap changer according to the invention having vacuum interrupters is based on the general idea of combining the functionalities of at least one conventional vacuum switching contact which switches under load and a further mechanical switching means according to the prior art in just one single vacuum interrupter with two separately moving contact systems.

The invention relates to a tap changer for the interruption-free switchover between winding taps of a tap-changing transformer. Furthermore, the present invention relates to a novel vacuum interrupter which is particularly suitable for such a tap changer. The tap changer according to the invention is based on the general concept of combining in each case one main contact (V1) and one mechanical switching means (U1), connected in series therewith, of a first load branch and an additional resistive contact (V3) of a second load branch in only a single vacuum interrupter () with a common housing (). The vacuum interrupter () according to the invention is furthermore based on the general inventive concept of replacing the functionalities of two required vacuum interrupters in accordance with the prior art and an additional mechanical switching means with a single vacuum interrupter () according to the invention by virtue of combining the design of a vacuum interrupter () with a plurality of moveable contact systems (I, II, III), which are arranged in separate vacuum interrupter chambers () which are sealed with respect to one another.

The aim of the invention is to achieve, in the simplest possible manner, a movement of an electric switch () of a medium-high voltage switch panel on a mounting structure () between an interrupt position, a test position and an operating position. To this end, a single mechanical control module () is integrated in the mounting structure (). This control module () controls the individual movement sequences while simultaneously transferring the drive forces required therefor.

A first strip has a control contour which extends in a first direction and has a ramp which interacts with a control rod which can be moved in certain states of the electrical switch.

Drive devices for switchgear interrupter units, having movable contact pieces that can be controlled by solenoid drives are described. The drives of the movable contact pieces being controllable by linear motor drives. The interrupter units are realized by vacuum circuit breakers, and the linear motor drives are realized by three-phase AC linear motors. Each of these can be influenced by a control unit that optimizes the switching operations and that is provided with a mains connection. The three-phase AC linear motors are composed of individual components that determine thrust and range of motion. The individual components together constitute the drive of the movable contact parts. The individual components are determined by the number of motor coils and/or by the number of parallel motor modules.

Drive devices for interrupter units in power supply and distribution switchgear

The invention relates to switchgear with switching devices that can be controlled by magnetic drive devices, especially vacuum circuit breakers, wherein the switching devices are arranged by blocks in a housing in correspondence with the number of phases to be switched, said housing enclosing the switching devices on three sides and said devices being releasably fixed by screws in the housing by a top and a bottom contact connection piece. The switching devices (VS) have separate housings that are formed by pole shells (PS) arranged as a mirror image of each other and the top and bottom contact connecting piece (KAo, KAu) form a top and a bottom cooling body (KKo, KKu) which are releasably fixed between separately arranged vacuum circuit breaker fixing webs (VB . . . ) of the pole shells (PS), wherein the top cooling body (KKo) is fitted in the peripheral area of the switching devices (VS) with ventilation slots (LS . . . ) extending centrally in relation to the switching devices and the bottom cooling body (KKu) is fitted in the peripheral area of the switching devices (VS) with air inlets (LE) arranged symmetrically in relation to the central axis. Said switchgear are used in power supply and distribution.

Switchgear assemblies having switching devices

The invention relates to switchgear assemblies having switching devices arranged in housings whose contact bolts can be deflected in a straight line and can be controlled by a magnetic drive device and are guided axially and radially by means of concentrically arranged slotted guides. The housings are formed by mutually opposite pole shells, and the slotted guides are each provided by rotating guides mounted at one end. The rotating guides each have a trapezoidal lever contour and are equipped with guide pins which extend outward and are mounted such that they can rotate in guide recesses in the mutually opposite pole shells. The rotating guides are each provided with a U-shaped bolt bearing in which a guide bolt is mounted. Switchgear assemblies such as this are used in the field of electrical power supply and distribution.
