A sensor device for detecting at least one flow property of a fluid medium, including at least one sensor housing, in which at least one electronic module having at least one flow sensor for detecting the flow property is accommodated. At least one pressure sensor and at least one humidity sensor are accommodated inside the sensor housing, at least the pressure sensor and optionally also the humidity sensor is situated inside the sensor housing independently of the electronic module.

Sensor device for detecting a flow property of a fluid medium

A sensor device for detecting at least one flow property of a fluid medium, in particular for detecting the air flow in the intake tract or the charge air tract of an internal combustion engine is provided. The sensor device has a sensor housing, which has an electronics chamber, an electronic module being situated at least partially in this electronics chamber. The electronic module has at least one support profile and at least one circuit carrier connected to the support profile. The circuit carrier carries at least one evaluation circuit. The sensor device is characterized in that electronic components are situated on the circuit carrier, on both a top side and a bottom side, and the support profile has a cavern which accommodates at least one electronic component situated on a bottom side of the circuit carrier.

Sensor device for detecting at least one flow property of a fluid medium

A measurement device for measuring the mass of a medium flowing along a flow direction, in particular the intake air mass of an internal combustion engine, has a plate-shaped sensor element, which is inserted into a recess of a sensor support. The sensor element includes a membrane that supports a measuring element, which membrane encloses a hollow space embodied in the sensor element on the side remote from the sensor support. The sensor element is secured in the recess by means of a glue between the sensor support and a bottom face of the sensor element oriented toward the sensor support. According to the invention, the glue constitutes a glue seam that extends around the hollow space of the sensor element between the sensor support and the bottom face of the sensor element and is only open on the side remote from the flow direction by means of at least one recess in order to ventilate the hollow space.
