A contacting plug for contacting a contract carrier, in particular a circuit board, includes two clamping claws able to be swiveled relative to each other, transversely to a plug-in direction, at least one of the clamping claws being implemented as contact holder carrying at least one flexible contact element, which contact holder is designed to rest on the contact carrier with a contact force and has spring devices for generating a clamping force which is independent of the contact force. The clamping claws have at least one stop face in each case, which rest against each other in the non-contacting state of the contacting plug and thereby prevent plastic deformation of the contact element.

A removable electrical plug-in connection comprising a connector and a mating connector, the mating connector including a contact element, in particular a p.c. board, or similar, having at least one contact area which is connectable at least in part to the connector. It is provided that the connector includes at least one clamping element which grips at least in part around the contact element in its contact position, and this clamping element presses at least a part of the contact element against the contact area for establishing the electrical plug-in connection.

An electric plug-in connector includes a plug receptacle provided for insertion of a contact pin, a contact lamina pivotally mounted on the plug-in connector housing, its free end being directed in the insertion direction of the contact pin, and a holding arm pivotably mounted on the plug-in connector housing, which protrudes at its free end into the plug receptacle in the ready-to-insert starting state of the plug-in connector and also holds back the contact lamina that is prestressed into the plug receptacle, the contact lamina and/or the opposite housing wall being made of an electrically conducting material for contacting the inserted contact pins.

A plug-connection verification system for detecting a properly made electrical plug connection. A detection device is provided which includes an analyzer unit and a data transmission device, the analyzer unit being designed to detect the position of the locking element and the data transmission device being designed to transmit the determined position of the locking element.

A plug device having an electrical plug connector. Within the plug connector, quick-connect receptacles are situated in contact chambers, which make an electrical connection to mating connectors. In order to protect the quick-connect receptacles from possible failure due to excessively great vibration loads or other forces, it is provided that a spring basket be positioned in the region of the contact part of the quick-connect receptacle, which, besides form-locking connections, such as crimps, also has a force-locking connection to the remaining part of the quick-connect receptacle. This force locking connection is implemented by a welded connection, especially a laser weld pointing.

A multipole electrical plug connection remains functionally stable even under vibrational stresses, in particular during the operation of an internal combustion engine. The plug connection is formed by coupling a first connector to a second connector. Attached to a contact carrier as part of a housing of the first connector are a first pressing element and a second pressing element, via which the two connectors are radially and axially biased when both connectors are joined. As a result, relative movements between the contacted contact elements and contact parts situated in the fixed connectors are prevented. The plug connection is preferably intended for use in automobile manufacturing.

Electric plug-in connection

Electrical plug connections, in particular cable harness plugs, have codings on their side surfaces that indicate the type or the assembly, i.e. the arrangement, of individual cables of a cable harness on the contact elements situated in a plug housing. Typically, cable harness plugs already have certain codings prior to assembly, so that different variations must be reserved for the different types of cable harness plugs. The present invention provides attaching the coding immediately after assembly and together with the final inspection of the cable harness plug or of the plug connection.
