A current collector for an electrical load that can be moved along a conductor line in a travel direction. The current collector has at least one contact piece, which is supported on a rocking arm to be rotatable about an axis of rotation extending perpendicularly to the travel direction. To bring the contact piece into contact with an electrically conductive conductor strand of the conductor line, the contact piece can be moved toward the conductor strand by the rocking arm. The current collector also includes a connection cable, which connects the contact piece to a connection terminal for the electrical loads in an electrically conductive manner. A conductor line system includes a conductor line and at least one electrical load that can be moved on the conductor line in the longitudinal direction of the conductor line. The conductor line has at least one electrically conductive conductor strand for bringing into sliding contact with at least one contact piece of a current collector.

Current collecting device and conductor line system

The invention relates to a current collectorfor a devicethat can be displaced with and against the driving direction F along a conductor line, comprising a current collector cartfor the guided displacement along a guide elementof the conductor line, and an energy transmission system. The invention solves the problem of providing a current collector and an energy transmission system, which enable an energy-conserving, contact-reliable and damage-free displacement of the current collector along a conductor line and a simple connection of the current collector to the conductor line, in that at least one first lever assemblyL between the current collector cartand displaceable deviceis provided with a first drive lever armL, the first end of which can be connected in a rotatable manner to the displaceable deviceand the second end of which is connected in a rotatable manner to a second end of at least one first tension lever armL, the first end thereof being connected in a rotatable manner to a current collector cart, wherein a first adjustment driveL is provided in order to be able to move the current collector cartbetween a retracted position on the displaceable deviceand an extended position away from the displaceable device, and wherein a first locking deviceL;L is provided, in order to lock the first drive lever armL when displacing the displaceable devicein the driving direction F in a predetermined extended position.

Current collector and energy transmission system

The invention relates to: a conductor line () for powering at least one device () that can travel along the conductor line (), comprising a first elongated conductor lane () and at least one other, second elongated conductor lane (), wherein the first () and second () conductor lanes comprise a first () and a second () contact opening, respectively, running along the length of the respective lane, for holding a part () of a first () and a second () respective conductor contact of a collector () of the device (); a collector () comprising at least one first conductor contact () provided for engaging into a first contact opening () running along the length of a first conductor lane () of the conductor line () and for electrically connecting to the first conductor lane (); and a conductor line system () formed therefrom. The invention accomplishes the objective of enabling a simple, fast, but non-mistakable connection of a specific conductor contact to a specific conductor lane of a conductor line, using a conductor line (), a collector () and a conductor line system (), wherein the second contact opening () of the second conductor lane () is adapted so that the first conductor contact () provided for connecting to the first conductor lane () cannot engage into the second contact opening () and cannot be connected to the second conductor lane ().

Conductor line, collector and conductor system

The invention relates to a multi-pole conductor line comprising a plurality of insulating profiles disposed one after another in the longitudinal direction, each having a regular arrangement of a plurality of chambers extending in the longitudinal direction. At least one group of chambers is present that are closed in cross section, and at least one group of chambers that are open to one side and are suitable for mounting one busbar each. Connecting links made of insulating material are provided for connecting the front sides of the insulating profiles. Said links each have as components at least one plug element that can be plugged into a closed chamber of the insulating profile at the front side of an insulating profile, and at least one stop element limiting the plug depth of a plug element into an insulation profile, and preferably at least one catch element by which a form-fit engagement between the connecting link and an insulating profile can be produced.

Multi-pole conductor line

The invention relates to an insulating profile for a conductor line having at least one chamber extending in the longitudinal direction of the profile, said chamber being open in cross section to one side, thus defining an open front side of the insulating profile, and being suitable for mounting a busbar, the opening of the open chamber on the front side of the insulating profile expanding in a lateral direction such that the surface of the front side of the insulating profile is slanted toward the center of the nearest open chamber. The conductor line can be a multi-pole conductor line, the insulating profile comprising a regular arrangement of a group of a plurality of chambers extending in the longitudinal direction of the profile and being open to one side and each being suitable for mounting a busbar.
