An electrical heating device with a tubular metal jacket and with at least one electrical heating element, which is arranged electrically isolated from the tubular metal jacket in an interior of the tubular metal jacket. The electrical heating element runs parallel to a tube center axis of the tubular metal jacket and has a wave-like shape such that wave peaks and wave valleys are produced.

A method for producing an electrical feedthrough with an inner conductor arranged in some sections in a metallic outer pipe and electrically insulated from this outer pipe by an electrically insulating material. The inner conductor of the feedthrough has a contact section projecting out of the metallic outer pipe. The metallic outer pipe, the electrically insulating material, and the sections of the inner conductor, which are already arranged in the metallic outer pipe, are compressed with each other to form a module, in which the contact section projecting out of the metallic outer pipe is joined to the inner conductor only after completion of the compression of the metallic outer pipe, the electrically insulating material, and the sections of the inner conductor, which are already arranged in the metallic outer pipe. The contact section is positioned such that it is oriented along the center axis of the metallic outer pipe.

A method for manufacturing an electrical heating device includes the steps of providing a coil form with a longitudinal axis, winding an electrical heating element on the coil form along the longitudinal axis and inserting one end section of the electrical heating element and a connecting wire into the opening passing through the coil form, inserting the coil form with an electrical heating element wound on it into an opening passing through the coil form parallel to the longitudinal axis into the interior of a tubular metal jacket, filling the tubular metal jacket with an electrically insulating, heat-conductive powder and compacting the tubular metal jacket with coil form inserted therein and filled with the electrically insulating, heat-conductive powder, wherein, by means of the compaction, the coil form is deformed to change the ratio between the length of the main axis and the length of the secondary axis.

An electrical tubular heating element is disclosed with a tubular metal sheath, in whose interior at least one electrical heating element, which is constructed as a resistive wire, arranged electrically insulated from the tubular metal sheath at least in sections, in which the electrical heating element has a base body, which consists of one or more sections of the electrical heating element each with essentially constant cross section, and two end sections and that at least one end section of at least one of the electrical heating elements is subjected to a shape-changing process, so that the cross section of the end section is reduced at least in sub-areas of the end section in comparison to the cross section in each section of the base body. A method for manufacturing such an electrical tubular heating element is also disclosed.

An electrical tubular heating element is disclosed with a tubular metal sheath, in whose interior an electrical heating element is arranged, which is formed from a resistive wire and is electrically insulated from the tubular metal sheath at least in sections by an electrically insulating material, in which the resistive wire, from which the electrical heating element is formed, is penetrated by at least one opening and/or has a contoured peripheral surface. A method for manufacturing such an electrical tubular heating element is also disclosed.

A method for producing an electrical bushing with a multi-part inner conductor arranged at least in some sections in an outer tube made from metal and electrically insulated from the outer tube by an electrically insulating material. The inner conductor of the finished bushing has at least one contact section protruding out of the outer tube and a bearing section that is arranged within the outer tube and that is compressed with the electrically insulating material. The outer tube made from metal to form a composite for supporting the at least one contact section. A device () converts electricity into heat. A first flat winding support () including electrically insulating material, has a first electric heating element () wound thereon. The first flat winding support with wound first electric heating element is inserted into a housing () electrically insulated against the housing. An internal structure for an electrical heating device includes an electrical heating element. The internal structure includes a connection section for holding an end section of the electrical heating element or a connecting wire, with which one of the two end sections is connected. A turnaround section is positioned opposite the connection section. A spacer runs between the connection section and the turnaround section and is topped by the turnaround section in a radial direction relative to the profile of the spacer. The turnaround section has, for a turned-around electrical heating element or for a turned-around connecting wire in the area topping the spacer, a connecting bar by means of which the electrical heating element or the connecting wire is guided and thus turned around, with this connecting wire being connected to an end section.
