A power tool includes a housing in which a drive unit is arranged, and a tool holder for the detachable holding of a tool insert. The tool insert is configured to be driven percussively and/or rotationally. A sensor unit is configured to detect at least one movement variable, and electronics are configured to control or regulate the power tool. The electronics have a percussion detection unit configured to determine a percussion mode based on at least one movement variable and/or a rotation detection unit configured to determine a rotation of the housing. The electronics control the drive unit based on the determined percussion mode and/or the determined rotation of the housing. The electronics have at least two parameter sets for the percussion detection unit and/or at least two parameter sets for the rotation detection unit. The electronics are configured to select one of the at least two parameter sets.

Hand-held power tool

The disclosure is based on a hand-held power tool having at least one switch device which comprises at least one switching element at least for activating a power supply of a drive unit, having at least one quick-change tool holder which is provided for holding an insertion tool which is different from an insertion tool with an SDS&#xae; shaft having a maximum transverse extent of 10 mm and/or having at least one accumulator interface. It is proposed that the at least one switching device comprises at least one locking unit which is provided for maintaining, at least essentially independently of an effect of an operator activation force, an active operating mode which can be activated by actuating the at least one switching element.

A power-tool cooling apparatus for a portable power tool includes a first fan configured to generate a first cooling fluid flow to cool a drive unit of the portable power tool, and a second fan that generates a further cooling fluid flow to cool an electronics unit of the portable power-tool. A third fan generates a third cooling fluid flow to cool a second electronics unit of the power-tool, and supplies cooling fluid to the first cooling fluid flow.

A power-tool cooling apparatus for a portable power tool comprises at least one cooling unit configured to generate a cooling fluid flow to cool a drive unit of the portable power tool, and at least one further cooling unit configured to generate a further cooling fluid flow. The at least one further cooling unit is designed to differ from the at least one cooling unit.

A hand power tool, in particular a battery-operated hand power tool, includes an open-loop and/or closed-loop control unit, and a communication unit, which is connected to the open-loop and/or closed-loop control unit and which has a hand power tool interface for exchanging electronic data. It is proposed that the hand power tool interface be provided to communicate with at least one further hand power tool and/or with at least one hand power tool ancillary device for the purpose of influencing an operating program of the open-loop and/or closed-loop control unit.

The disclosure relates to a method of assembling a hand machine tool having (i) an intermediate flange that includes (i) at least one base body having a slot-shaped opening extending in a bearing position and in a bearing, (ii) an intermediate shaft assembly that includes an intermediate shaft and a wobble bearing having a wobble pin, and (iii) a drive piston. The method includes sliding the drive piston onto the wobble pin, introducing the wobble pin into the slot-shaped opening such that the drive piston slides into the at least one base body, and inserting, in an assembly direction corresponding to a direction of a longitudinal axis of the base body, the intermediate shaft of the intermediate shaft assembly into a second base body of the immediate flange.

Method of assembling a hand machine tool

The invention relates to an electrical device, especially an electric tool, which has a motor unit provided with a motor housing, and a receiving unit for receiving at least one drive element. According to the invention, the electrical device includes a motor sleeve for coupling the motor unit to the receiving unit.

An electric hand-held power tool has a housing, a double-shelled handle attached axially to the housing, a selector ring pivotably located in the housing, and an actuating element supported by the selector ring and swivelable manually. The housing and the handle have a line connecting domes oriented parallel to an axis of the housing and located in a parting plane region between the housing and the handle for receiving connecting units. The connecting domes include centering elements for guiding and exactly positioning the handle shells when the handle shells are attached individually to the housing.
