A fluid distributor. The fluid distributor includes a base body, a high pressure output, and a connecting piece which is joined to the base body and is used for the high pressure output. The base body is formed by a forging operation. An interior space of the base body is formed at the base body by a machining operation after the forging operation. The connecting piece is processed by a machining operation. A holding element is provided, that, as a result of the machining operation, an accommodating opening, which leads from an outer side of the connecting piece through a wall of the connecting piece and is used for at least partially accommodating the holding element, and an accommodating space, into which, during assembly, a connector of an injector is at least partially insertable in a mounting direction, are formed at the connecting piece.

Fuel distributor rail for an injection system and injection system for mixture-compressing, spark ignition internal combustion engines

A fluid distributor rail for an injection system for mixture-compressing, externally ignited internal combustion engines for metering a highly pressurized fluid. The fluid distributor rail includes a base body, and at least one connector configured on the base body. The base body with the at least one connector configured on the base body is formed by single stage or multistage forging. At least one interior space of the base body and a hydraulic fluid passage which leads into the interior space via the at least one connector configured on the base body are formed on the base body by machining after the forging. At least one element for connection is formed at least in part by mechanical cold-forming on at least one connector configured on the base body.

The component includes a main body that is processed by a single-stage or multi-stage forging, at least one fastening element being provided on the main body. A component, which can be in the form of a fuel line or fuel distributor, is used for a fuel injection system, which is used for injecting fuel or a mixture of fuel and water having a variable water content. The component has a main body on which is provided a high-pressure inlet and at least one high-pressure outlet, the fuel, respectively the mixture being passable from the high-pressure inlet through an inner space of the main body to the least one high-pressure outlet, and an insertion member being configured in the inner space. The insertion member is at least partially made of at least a material having a modulus of compression specified to at least substantially correspond to or be lower than that of the fuel, respectively the mixture and/or lower than 30 GPa.

A component for a fuel injection system, in particular a high-pressure fuel injection system, includes a base body which is implemented in a tube-shaped manner at least sectionally. A tubular section of the base body is implemented having a longitudinal bending along a longitudinal axis of the tubular section which perpendicularly intersects the cross sections of the tubular section. At the longitudinal bending of the tubular section, the base body is implemented in such way that an ovality of the cross sections of the tubular section is reduced and/or smaller than 8% at the longitudinal bending.

The support part has a spherical support surface that faces toward a dished surface of the dished disk. A fuel injection system has a fuel distributor and multiple fuel injection valves each disposed on a cup of the fuel distributor. At least one injection valve is mounted on the associated cup by way of at least one holding element. An abutment surface is provided on the outer side of the cup. A support surface is configured on the underside of the cup. The holding element is moreover configured as a holding clamp. An abutment surface is provided on an outer side of the fuel injection valve. The holding clamp engages on the one hand behind the abutment surface of the cup and on the other hand behind the abutment surface of the fuel injection valve. The holding clamp furthermore pushes the fuel injection valve toward the support surface.

A suspension mount for fuel-injection systems is used to connect a fuel injector to a fuel distributor. A connecting body having an accommodation space is provided, a fuel connector of the fuel injector being able to be disposed at least partially in the accommodation space. In addition, a joining body is provided that is disposed, at least in sections, partially in at least one recess of the connecting body, the recess being connected to the accommodation space, and on which the fuel connector is able to be supported along a longitudinal axis of the accommodation space. The joining body also has an elastically deformable element, the elastically deformable element being disposed in such a way that the joining body permits elastic support of the fuel connector on the connecting body at least along the longitudinal axis. A bearing bush is for a holder, which is for fastening a component, particularly of a fuel distributor, to an add-on structure. The bearing bush has an inner bush part, which is made of a metallic material, and an outer bush part, which is made of a metallic material, and an elastically deformable damping element. The outer bush part has a continuous recess, in which the inner bush part is situated. The damping element is situated between the inner bush part and the outer bush part. A holder having such a bearing bush is also specified. In addition, a fuel-injection system having a fuel distributor and at least one holder is specified, which is used for fastening the fuel distributor on an internal combustion engine.

A system, which in particular is used as a fuel injection system for high-pressure injection in internal combustion engines, includes a fuel distributor and a plurality of fuel injectors. Each of the fuel injectors is situated on a cup of the fuel distributor. At least one of the fuel injectors is fastened to the associated cup by a retaining clip. The retaining clip has at least one clip section which is situated between an inner side of the cup and an outer side of the fuel injector. Furthermore, at least one damping composite element is provided, which is situated between the clip section of the retaining clip and the outer side of the fuel injector. The damping composite element has an elastically deformable damping layer. A decoupling is thus realized, which acts to damp vibrations and consequently to reduce noise.

System having a fuel distributor and multiple fuel injectors

A system, which may be embodied particularly as a fuel injection system for high pressure injection in internal combustion engines, includes a fuel distributor and a mounting support, which is used for fastening the fuel distributor to an externally-mounted structure, particularly a cylinder head, of an internal combustion engine. In this case, a damping composite element is provided, which is connected to the mounting support and/or the fuel distributor. The damping composite element includes at least one metal layer, which is formed at least essentially of a metallic material, and at least one elastically deformable damping layer.

A suspension for fuel injection systems is used for connecting a fuel injector to a fuel-carrying component. A connecting body having a receiving space is provided for this purpose. The connecting body has an opening, via which a fuel fitting of the fuel injector is insertible at least partially into the receiving space of the connecting body. Furthermore, an annular element and an elastically deformable element are provided. Fuel fitting is supported via the annular element and the elastically deformable element along an axis of the receiving space of the connecting body. A fuel injection system having such a suspension is also indicated. The suspension allows for a soft coupling of the fuel injector to the fuel-carrying component at a desired target stiffness.

A connecting element for fuel injection systems is used for connecting a fuel injector to a fuel-carrying component. A connecting part is provided, which is fastened on the one side on a shoulder of the fuel-carrying component and, on the other side, on a shoulder of the fuel injector. For this purpose, the connecting part is developed at least partially as a pot spring. A fuel injection system having such a connecting element is also indicated.
