The invention relates to a shut-off valve comprising: a housing which has an inlet opening, an outlet opening and a control opening, wherein the housing defines an inner space extending along a longitudinal axis and has a partition which divides the inner space into an outlet chamber and a control chamber and has a guide hole which extends between the outlet chamber and the control chamber; an electrical coil which is accommodated in the partition and surrounds the guide hole; a servo valve needle which is arranged in the control chamber, is preloaded along the longitudinal axis into a closed position in which it seals the control opening, and can be moved, by means of a magnetic field which can be generated by the coil, into an open position in which it exposes the control opening and abuts the partition, wherein the servo valve needle has a connecting channel which connects the control chamber to the guide hole in the open position of the servo valve needle; and a main valve needle which is movably guided in the guide hole along the longitudinal axis, is preloaded along the longitudinal axis into a closed position in which it seals the outlet opening, and, when the servo valve needle is arranged in its open position, can be moved, by means of the magnetic field which can be generated by the coil, into an open position in which it exposes the outlet opening.

Fuel cell system, gas tank device and shut-off valve for a gas tank device

The invention relates to a tank device () for storing a gaseous medium, in particular hydrogen, comprising a valve device (), and a tank () and having a longitudinal axis (). The valve device () has a valve housing (), which is equipped with a pilot valve element () that can be moved along the longitudinal axis (), said pilot valve element () interacting with a first valve seat () in order to open and close a first outlet opening () and thus forming a pilot valve (). The valve device () can be actuated by means of a solenoid coil (), wherein a main valve element () is arranged in the valve housing (), said main valve element () interacting with a second valve seat () in order to open and close a second outlet opening () and thus forming a main valve (). The tank device () comprises a screw-in housing element (), wherein the valve device () is integrated into a neck region () of the tank () in a fixed manner by means of the screw-in housing element (). The valve device () is arranged in the tank () by means of a tank pressure and is in a closed position by means of a spring () when the solenoid coil () is deactivated.

Tank device for storing a gaseous medium

A tank device for storing a gaseous medium, in particular hydrogen, includes a valve device and a tank. The valve device includes a valve housing having a longitudinal axis, in which valve housing an interior is formed. An actuation valve element is movable along the longitudinal axis and is arranged in the interior, which actuation valve element interacts with a valve seat in order to open and close an outlet opening and thus forms an actuation valve. The valve device includes a solenoid. The valve seat is formed downstream on the valve housing and at the outlet opening, and the cylindrical outlet opening leads into a cylindrical passage channel, the diameter D of the passage channel is greater than the diameter d of the outlet opening.

The invention relates to a tank device () for a gaseous medium, comprising a valve device () and a tank (), wherein the valve device () has a valve housing () with a longitudinal axis (). The valve housing () is equipped with an inner chamber (), in which a main valve element () is arranged in a movable manner along the longitudinal axis (), said main valve element () interacting with a first valve seat () and thus forming a main valve (). The invention relates to an injection nozzle () for fuels, comprising a nozzle body (), in which a pressure chamber () that can be filled with fuel under high pressure is formed, in which pressure chamber a piston-shaped nozzle needle () is arranged in such a way that the nozzle needle can be moved longitudinally. A sealing surface () is formed at one end of the nozzle needle () and an end face () is formed at the opposite end, wherein the sealing surface () interacts with a nozzle seat () in order to open and close at least one injection opening (). A control chamber () that can be filled with fuel under changing pressure is bounded by the end face () of the nozzle needle () such that a force can be applied to the end face () in the direction of the nozzle seat () by means of the hydraulic pressure. The nozzle needle () has an elastic longitudinal segment (), which has a longitudinal stiffness of less than 40,000 N/mm.

A fuel injector with a direct needle control for an internal combustion engine, having an actuator, a hydraulic booster, and a nozzle needle guided in a nozzle body and acting on a nozzle needle sealing seat. The hydraulic booster includes a booster piston connected to the actuator and a nozzle needle booster piston connected to the nozzle needle; a booster chamber in the form of an actuator coupler chamber is associated with a pressure surface of the actuator booster piston; and depending on the pressure in the actuator coupler chamber, the nozzle needle is lifted away from the nozzle needle sealing seat, thus initiating an injection. In addition to the actuator booster piston, a control element is provided that is able to execute a stroke motion, is hydraulically coupled to the actuator coupler chamber by means of a first control surface, and is associated with a control chamber by means of a second control surface. The actuator booster piston has a second pressure surface, which, as an additional control surface, is associated with the control chamber.
