An arrangement for electrically conductively connecting a cup shaped copper contact part to an electrical conductor that is made of a plurality of individual wires containing aluminum. The arrangement has a cup-shaped contact part, which includes a bottom and a cylindrical sleeve integrally connected to and projecting away from the bottom with tight contact of the sleeve to the conductor. The cup-shaped contact part is configured to be pushed onto the conductor until the end face of the conductor rests against the bottom of the contact part. At least one rotating tool is configured to be removably placed with sustained pressure, subsequently to the cup-shaped contact part, until the material of the conductor is softened due to the increased temperature of the material of the conductor due to friction to such an extent that it integrally connects to the contact part.

Arrangement for electrically conductively connecting a contact piece to an electrical connector

A device () for transmitting electrical current and/or signals in a motor vehicle is proposed. The device () has a wind up spring cassette () composed of a stator () and a rotor () in which at least one line () extending in windings is connected with one end thereof to the stator () and with the other end to the rotor (), and at least one fixing element () through which a predetermined relative position for the mounting of the wind up spring cassette () into the motor vehicle is fixed. The fixing element is a foil like label () which is attached to the outside of the wind up spring cassette () and extends from the rotor () to the stator (). The label () is inseparably mechanically secured at the stator () as well as at the rotor ().

Device for transmitting electrical current and/or signals in a motor vehicle

A method for producing an electrical ribbon cable wherein at least two bare electrical conductors are arranged in parallel and spaced at a distance from each other between two foils of an insulating material that are firmly joined together while enclosing the conductors and fixing them in position. To save the costly adhesive that is typically used, the two foils are ultrasonically welded to each other and to the conductors.
