A wrap spring clutch having a first component rotatable around a rotary axis, a second component rotatable around the rotary axis, and a wrap spring arrangement, which is held in a substantially rotation-proof manner on one of the two components relative thereto and is at connective rest or can be brought into connective rest on a circumferential surface of the other of the two components to establish a rotary connection between the first and second components. The wrap spring arrangement is at connective rest with a first spring section on a circumferential surface of the first component for torque transmission and is at connective rest with a second spring section on the circumferential surface of the other component.

A torsional vibration damper has a drive-side transmission element and an output-side transmission element rotatable relative thereto. The output-side transmission element is centered relative to the drive-side transmission element via a radial slide bearing and can be held at a predeterminable axial distance from the drive-side transmission element by means of an axial slide bearing. The axial slide bearing has an inner circumference larger than the outer circumference of the radial slide bearing and rests, on the one hand, on at least one component of the first transmission element acting on the outer circumference of the radial slide bearing and, on the other, on at least one component of the other transmission element arranged on the inner circumference of the radial slide bearing, so as to form, together with these components, a covering for the radial slide bearing, by which the latter can be protected against an unwanted afflux of solid particles.

A torsional vibration damper having an input part, an output part, and a plurality of coupling members coupling the input part with the output part. The input part and the output part are tiltable relative to one another so that when a wobbling movement of at least one of the parts occurs, this wobbling movement is not compulsorily or positively transmitted to the other part.

A torsional vibration damper having a first damper element and a second damper element, which are connected to each other for the purpose of torque transmission by a first damping spring device. The first damping spring device has at least one damping spring arrangement with at least one damping spring. One of the damper element has a support on which the damping spring arrangement is supported in its respective end areas in approximately the circumferential direction via support elements. Further, a displacement surface is embodied on the first damper element for each support element. On the other damper element, there are carriers for each support element. Upon a relative rotation between the first and second damper elements, the carrier serve to take along the respective support elements and press them in the direction of the displacement surface for the purpose of movement along the associated displacement surface. At least in the area of the displacement surface, there is a lubricant chamber sealed at least toward the radial outside and with lubricant located therein.

A torsional vibration damper is equipped with a drive-side transmission element and an output-side transmission element deflectable relative thereto. A friction device is connected between the transmission elements. The friction device has a friction element with at least two different friction areas. The friction element is arranged in a circumferential opening having circumferential ends in one of the transmission elements. As long as the friction element is movable within the circumferential opening relative to the ends of the circumferential opening, only a first friction area of the friction element is active. When the friction element contacts one of the circumferential ends of the circumferential opening, only a second friction area of the friction element is active.

A pressure plate subassembly for a motor vehicle friction clutch, which subassembly comprises an application plate or pressure plate which, when assembled in a motor vehicle friction clutch, is connected to a flywheel to rotate jointly around an axis and can be axially displaced with respect to the flywheel. The pressure plate has a friction surface which faces the flywheel, and at least one clearance sensor is provided on the pressure plate. The clearance sensor has an operation lever segment that cooperates with a wear adjustment device, and an axial stop segment which cooperates with the flywheel. The pressure plate subassembly comprises the displacement contrivances, which displacement contrivances prevent a displacement of the clearance sensor, of which there is at least one, with respect to the pressure plate prior to the assembly of the pressure plate subassembly to the flywheel. The clearance sensor, of which there is at least one, can be displaced in the axial direction with respect to the pressure plate and is held on the pressure plate in the axial direction by spring pre-stressing.

A motor vehicle friction clutch with automatic wear compensation has a wear compensation element, which wear compensation element can rotate around a clutch axis. The friction clutch also includes an adjustment device, which adjustment device includes a worm rotatably mounted on a carrier. The wear compensation element is a worm gear that meshes with the worm to advance the wear compensation element along the clutch axis to compensate for wear.
