A sensor, suitable for being secured to a wheel bearing of a motor vehicle and serving to measure the rotational speed of the wheel, has a securing ring, a sensor block, at least one electrical line, at least one connector and at least one retaining bridge. The sensor block is electrically connected to the connector by means of the electrical line, and is connected to the securing ring at least by means of a plastic extrusion coating. A retaining bridge is integrally formed on the plastic extrusion coating and carries the connector until the sensor is installed at the location of its final intended position.

The invention relates to an arrangement with two half-plugs for securing in a wall, in which the first half-plug ( ) has two elastic arms ( ) on opposite sides. It also has a stop ( ) as far as which the half-plugs may be inserted into an aperture in the wall ( ). Each of the two elastic arms ( ) has an engagement projection ( ) fitted in such a way that the projections engage on the opposite side of the wall ( ) to the stop ( ) if the first half-plug ( ) is inserted into the wall as far as the stop ( ). The second half-plug ( ) also has two projecting arms ( ) which are fitted in such a way that, when the half-plugs ( ) are fitted together, the arms ( ) engage in the space between the elastic arms ( ) and the plug housing and secure the first plug by fixing the spring arms in the wall. One half-plug ( ) has an actuating slide ( ) with pins ( ) and the other half-plug ( ) has a corresponding guide slot ( ), so that, when the actuating slide ( ) is operated to secure the half-plugs ( ), the pins ( ) are moved through the guide slot ( ). The projecting arms ( ) of the second half-plug ( ) are designed so that the pins ( ) engage in the guide slot ( ) only once the arms ( ) are already engaged in the intermediate space.

An electrical connector with a housing and with a contact locking element is specified, the housing being of substantially cuboid-shaped design with a front face, a cable-side end face and four side walls, and the housing having at least two chambers for each receiving one electrical contact and that extend from the front face to the cable-side end face, the housing having an opening through a first side wall, that runs perpendicular to the chambers between the chambers and into that the contact locking element can be pushed in order to lock the electrical contacts in the chambers, the contact locking element having at least two opposite wall parts that reduce the clear width of the chambers when the contact locking element is inserted, the contact locking element having a recess between the two wall parts, and the two wall parts being connected to one another by way of a guide rib, in such a way that the wall parts are designed to be flexible towards the recess and rigid perpendicular thereto, in the direction of insertion.

An apparatus for securing at least one contact in a contact housing, consists of a contact-securing plate which is arranged such that it can be displaced perpendicularly with respect to the plug-in direction and interacts with carry-along elements of an attachment aid, which is displaced from a first position into a second position by virtue of the rotary movement of a lever arm and, as a result, the contact-securing plate is displaced from a first unlatched position into a second latched position, and secures the contacts, even when the attachment aid is displaced from the second position back into the first position.

Apparatus for securing contacts in a contact housing

Electrical connectors having actuating slides, for connection to a second complementary connector, the actuating slide being attachable to an outer housing part of the first connector and the actuating slide interacting with the second connector, are known. The actuating slides often have a U-shaped design and are fastened to the outer housing part of the first connector. In order to ensure correct functioning of the actuating slide with the first connector, it is necessary for the actuating slide to be pushed onto the housing of the first connector from a specific direction. In order to achieve this, the outer housing part has guide means for guiding the actuating slide and the actuating slide has corresponding complementary means. The guide means and/or the actuating slide are/is configured in such a way that the actuating slide and the outer housing part can be joined together only from one side of the housing part. At its end, for example, the outer housing part has openings into which the flanks of the actuating slide can be pushed, the flanks of the actuating slide being configured with different cross sections at least at one point, such that the actuating slide can be introduced into the openings only from one side and only in a predetermined orientation.
