A disposable cartridge () for a peristaltic micro pump is disclosed. The cartridge comprises a housing () with an inlet connector () and an outlet connector (). A fluid channel () extends in the housing () between the inlet and the outlet with a channel section () of the fluid channel () provided by a flexible tube (). One or more openings are provided adjacent to the channel section () in the housing () allowing one or more pump engaging elements of a pump drive to engage the flexible tube (), compressing the flexible tube () to pump fluid through the fluid channel (). Sealing elements () with double flange extensions () having a first inner flange () and a second outer flange () are provided to seal at the connectors () and fix the tube () in the housing ().

A hand-held device for piercing a human or animal skin, comprises a housing, a drive device, which is arranged in the housing and is suitable for repeatedly providing a feed motion. The device also comprises a piercing device, which is formed in the housing with a needle and is coupled directly or, via a coupling device, indirectly to the drive device in such a way that the feed motion provided by the drive device can be introduced onto the piercing device. There is a housing opening, relative to which the needle moves forwards and backwards during operation, and a piercing depth adjuster, which is coupled to the piercing device in such a way that the piercing depth adjuster is displaceable relative to the tip of the needle and is entrained with the needle as the needle moves forwards/backwards during operation.

The invention relates to a valve device for controlling a flow of a fluid through a fluid channel, having a tube () made of a flexible material, in which a section of a fluid channel is formed, a valve component () assigned to the tube (), a cantilevered arm (), which is designed to be reversibly displaceable on the valve component () against a restoring force supplied at least partially by the cantilevered arm () itself, a squeeze element (), which is arranged on a distal end of the cantilevered arm () for support of the cantilevered arm () on the valve component () and is configured to control a flow of a fluid through the fluid channel by pressing against an outside surface of the tube (), optionally up to the closing of the fluid channel, and an actuator () which is configured to displace the squeeze element () in various control directions against the restoring force on the cantilevered arm (), so that the pressure of the squeeze element () on the outside surface of the tube () and thereby the flow through the fluid channel can be regulated. In addition, the invention also relates to a system having at least one valve device and a pressure-applying device as well as a multi-way valve device having multiple valve devices.

The invention relates to a valve for controlling a flow of a fluid through a fluid channel, comprising a tube of flexible material in which a section of a fluid channel is formed, a valve component assigned to the tube, a squeeze element, which is formed and configured on the valve component by pressing against an outside surface of the tube to control a flow of a fluid through the fluid channel, optionally up to the closing of the fluid channel, a guide section, which is formed on the valve component, and a guide assigned to the valve component, which cooperates with the guide section in a relative movement of the guide and valve components relative to one another in the longitudinal direction of the tube, such that the squeeze element is displaced in the relative movement, changing the pressure on the outside surface of the tube and thus changing the flow through the fluid channel.
