A retaining system for bus bars includes a basic element for fastening to an end face of a stator or stator segment of a dynamoelectric machine, and a predefined number of fixing elements configured to fix the bus bars to the basic element, wherein, when assembled, the retaining system has openings to suppress eddy currents when the bus bars are energized.

A laminated-core segment includes a plurality of axially layered metal sheets. Each metal sheet includes a yoke having grooves, teeth, and a yoke rear which connects the teeth, with at least some of the teeth having axially aligned recesses on a groove distal side of the metal sheet.

A stator of a directly driven wind turbine generator includes a stator support, and stator segments arranged around a circumference and positioned on flanges of the stator support. Each stator segment includes a segment support having a cavity. Securing devices secure the stator segments via the segment supports to the flanges of the stator support. The securing devices have each an intermediate piece to complement the cavity of a corresponding one of the segment supports, and an alignment pin to secure the intermediate piece in position and to adjust an air gap of the wind turbine generator.

A stator of a directly driven wind power generator includes a stator support including flanges with bores and stator segments positioned on the flanges, when viewed in a circumferential direction. Each stator segment includes a segment support having recesses. At least two securing devices for each of the stator segments secure the stator segment to the flanges. Each securing device includes a bore part insertable in a corresponding one of the recesses, a shim, and an alignment pin insertable in a corresponding one of the bores of the flanges, so that the stator segment is positioned and secured vertically via the bore part and the alignment pin and via the shim to thereby realize a uniform air gap between the stator and a rotor of the wind power generator.

The invention relates to a support structure () for a laminated core () of a stator segment () of a dynamoelectric machine having an external rotor, the support structure () having two joint plates () and two curved pressure plates (), the respective longitudinal faces of which are in each case mutually opposed, and which encompass a predefinable space and can be connected at their abutting edges. The support structure also has substantially radial bars or ribs () between the pressure plates () and at least one element having polygonal cut-outs, which element is connected to a longitudinal face of the ribs () and forms a base plate of the support structure ().

An active part of an electric machine includes a plurality of coils, each having a sub-conductor. The coils are formed by windings of the sub-conductors thereof. The windings of a coil each have a predetermined winding length. In addition, the active part has a carrier part, in the grooves of which, the coils are arranged. The coils have a winding head region which projects from an end surface of the carrier part. The coils are also arranged in the form of a tiered winding. At least one of the coils has a V-shaped cross-section in the winding head region, as a result of an arrangement of its sub-conductor.
