The invention relates to a process for the production of substantially alumosilicate-free detergents containing a soluble builder system which provides free-flowing and storage-stable granules. In this process for the production of a particulate, substantially alumosilicate-free detergent, an anionic surfactant acid is sprayed onto a detergent component containing anionic surfactant and builders in order to increase the anionic surfactant content.

The invention set out to improve the oxidizing and bleaching effect of inorganic peroxygen compounds in dishwashing, more particularly machine dishwashing, in terms of their storage stability. This was essentially achieved by using particulate compounds corresponding to formula R R R N CH CN X , in which R , R , and R independently of one another represent an alkyl, alkenyl or aryl group containing 1 to 18 carbon atoms, in addition to which the groups R and R may even be part of a heterocycle including the N atom and optionally other hetero atoms, and X is a charge-equalizing anion. Dishwashing detergents, more particularly machine dishwashing detergents, contain about 1% by weight to 10% by weight of this bleach-boosting agent.

Particulate acetonitrile derivatives as bleach activators in solid detergents

Free-flowing, storage-stable homogeneous granules for protecting silver in machine dishwashing are obtained through a granular free-flowing component comprising an organic solid (I) from the group of alkylaminotriazoles and a constituent (II) selected from the group of alkali metal sulfates, the ratio of solid (I) to solid (II) being from 1:100 to 2:1, preferably from 1:70 to 3:2 and more preferably from 1:50 to 2:3 and the component having a particle size of 0.01 to 2 millimeters, preferably 0.05 to 1.8 millimeters and more preferably 0.1 to 1.6 millimeters.

Granular component containing alkylaminotriazole for use in machine dishwashing detergents

The storage stability of bleach-activating acetonitrile derivatives in solid detergent compositions was to be improved. This was essentially achieved by the use of compounded compounds corresponding to formula R,R,R,N,CH,CN X,, in which R,, R,and R,independently of one another represent an alkyl, alkenyl or aryl group containing 1 to 18 carbon atoms, in addition to which the groups R,and R,may even be part of a heterocycle including the N atom and optionally other hetero atoms, and X is a charge-equalizing anion. &ldquo;Compounds&rdquo; of this type are produced by drying in vacuo, for which purpose a suspension of the acetonitrile derivative and a solid carrier material is introduced into a mixer and the resulting mixture is dried with superheated vapor. Dishwashing detergents, more particularly machine dishwashing detergents, contain about 1% by weight to 10% by weight of this bleach boosting compound.
