An arrangement for closing an opening in a vehicle and method for producing such an arrangement. In an arrangement for closing an opening in a vehicle, comprising a pane and an anti-shatter film attached to the pane, in the border region of the pane, the pane and the anti-shatter file are provided with a foam encapsulation. The foam encapsulation is arranged at least particularly spaced apart from an edge of the anti-shatter film, which edge is formed on the pane.

Arrangement for closing an opening in a vehicle and method for producing such an arrangement

An injection molding machine is proposed, especially for injection stamping of large-area plastic moldings, that has at least a first injection mold which has two mold halves and which forms a first cavity with a first projected area, and a second injection which has two mold halves and which forms a second cavity with a second projected area, one mold half of each of the two injection molds being fixed on a common carrier unit. A support means for the two injection molds acts in the opening direction. In order to limit the force acting on the respective cavity, the support means, depending on the respective projected area of the respective cavity, partially take up the clamping force so that a holding pressure force acting on the material which has been injected into the respective cavity is set.

Injection moulding machine

In a motor vehicle with a roof opening () located in a fixed roof surface () and a cover () for closing the roof opening, the cover has an at least partially transparent pane () and a frame which is connected to the pane and which extends over at least one part of the edge of the pane. The pane () is a plastic pane and the frame is formed by in situ foaming () of a foam material onto the periphery of the pane, the shape of the pane, in at least one partial area of a connecting region between the pane and the peripheral foam, is configured such that a permanent mechanical, positive interlocking connection is created between the pane and the peripheral foam.

The invention relates to a tensioner () for a traction drive with a rotationally fixed housing () to a side of which a rotatable swivel arm (), provided with a rotatable tension roller, is associated. A torsion spring () is placed between the housing () and the swivel arm () for loading the swivel arm () in the direction of an end position. Support of the tension spring () is realized by an insert () placed in a circular ring shaped space () radially defined by a housing portion and the torsion spring ().

A dosing device is provided and comprises a withdrawal container and a dosing means comprising at least one dosing unit which is a piston-cylinder unit designed as a disposable member. The piston-cylinder unit discharges into a receiving container and valve means is provided to control flow into and out of the piston-cylinder unit.

Metering device and method for operating a metering device

A pipette for the handling of a syringe. The pipette has jaw chucks which are adjustably arranged with respect to the plunger receptacle, being pivotably mounted on a plunger-gripping device. The syringe is insertable with opened jaw chucks with the plunger head only partially contacting the jaw chucks. The jaw chucks are laterally engageable on the plunger head upon insertion of the syringe. The engaging movement of the jaw chucks on the plunger head is regulated according to the invention so that the engaging movement has a substantially tangential component with respect to the surface of the plunger head. As a result, a desired and form-locking connection to the plunger head of the syringe results that requires a small amount of force.

Pipette for a pipette system

A metering device for liquids, especially for viscous liquids, preferably liquids which are to be metered under sterile conditions, with a plurality of metering pumps which can be simultaneously actuated. To achieve an optimized mode of operation, it is provided that the surfaces on the bottom of the pump holding plate and the top of the metering channel plate are made as adjoining sealing surfaces, forming a seal, that, in the pump holding plate, there is a bypass channel with outlet openings in the sealing surface on the bottom of the pump holding plate for each metering pump and that by the relative displacement of the pump holding plate and the metering channel plate with respect to one another, the outlet openings of the bypass channel can be moved into a position in which the bypass channel connects the respective metering channel to the respective supply channel in the metering channel plate. In this position, the respective outlet opening is also connected to the metering channel or the supply channel so that overall flushing is possible.

A tensioner for a power transmission element of a traction drive, includes a housing, a swivel arm having a free end for connection to a rotatable tension roller which rests on the power transmission element, and a swivel bearing, including an axle for connection to the swivel arm and a bushing forming part of the housing and supporting the axle, for rotatably supporting the swivel arm in the housing. A spring is positioned in a peripheral zone of the swivel bearing between the swivel arm and the housing. Mounted in fixed rotative engagement to the axle and supported by the housing via a friction lining is a friction disk, with a disk-shaped first dampening element positioned between the friction lining and the housing.

A syringe made of plastic serves as a metering part for a bottle-top dispenser. It includes a piston-cylinder unit, which has a cylinder sleeve with an installation opening for the piston, and a retainer ring for the piston which lies in front of the installation opening and which is clipped onto the cylinder sleeve in such a way that the piston cannot be pulled out of the cylinder.

The bottle top dispenser has a valve housing and a piston-cylinder unit, which can be releasably affixed to the housing, the piston and cylinder of which can be activated in an axial stroke movement relative to one another, in order to draw liquid from a bottle on which the dispenser is set, and eject it. The intake process takes place in a spring-activated extension movement, and the ejection process takes place in a manually activated compression movement of the piston-cylinder unit. The dispenser has an activation unit, where a releasable activation connection can be produced between the former and the piston-cylinder unit. The activation unit is provided with the spring element for the intake process, and preferably designed for the manual action for ejection.
