A hydraulic valve for a cam phaser, the hydraulic valve including a housing; a hollow cylindrical piston that is axially movable in a central opening of the housing that extends along a longitudinal axis of the housing and that includes shoulders; a supply connection configured to feed a hydraulic fluid; a first operating connection; a second operating connection; a tank connection, wherein one of the first operating connection and the second operating connection is connectable with the supply connection and another of the first operating connection and the second operating connection is connectable with the tank connection as a function of an axial position of the hollow cylindrical piston, wherein the hollow cylindrical piston includes a feed channel configured to connect with the supply connection and a drain channel configured to connect with the tank connection, wherein a divider wall is configured between the supply connection and the tank connection.

A hydraulic valve including a valve bushing; a valve piston that is axially moveable in the valve bushing along a longitudinal axis of the valve bushing; a supply connection configured to feed a hydraulic fluid; at least one operating connection; and at least one tank drain configured to drain the hydraulic fluid, wherein the valve piston is movable by an electromagnetic actuator of the hydraulic valve and the valve bushing forms a hydraulic portion and the actuator forms a magnetic portion of the hydraulic valve, characterized in that a seal element is arranged in the valve bushing which seal element provides a spatial separation of the magnet portion and the hydraulic portion, and wherein the seal element is penetrated by an end of the valve piston configured as a piston plunger.

A hydraulic valve, in particular a hydraulic transmission valve including a magnetizable housing which envelops a magnet coil at an outer circumference and at least at one face of the magnet coil; a pole cap arranged in an interior of the housing, wherein the pole cap includes a pole core and a pole tube arranged in an axial sequence towards a face of the magnet coil, wherein the pole core and the pole tube are integrally connected in one piece by a connection bar, wherein the pole core is connected with the connection bar by a pole core cone and/or the pole tube is connected with the connection bar by a pole tube cone, and wherein the pole tube includes an end that is closed with a termination plate at a face of the pole tube that is oriented away from the connection bar.

The invention relates to a hydraulic valve for phaser. In the hydraulic valve according to the invention a seal element is arranged so that a risk of a transition of oil from an oil cycle or a lubricant cycle of an internal combustion engine or a risk of hydraulic fluid from the hydraulic valve entering a coil of an actuator is avoided.

Oscillating motor adjuster

The invention relates to a hydraulic transmission valve with a magnetizable housing which is integrally configured in one piece with a pole core cone. The transmission valve according to the invention facilitates comfortably coupling in particular startup clutches, shifting clutches or synchronization clutches in a friction locking manner. Still using a transmission valve of this type is facilitated for fewer to no transmission oil changes. Furthermore a transmission valve of this type can also be used in countries with inferior transmission oil quality. The housing includes a connection. The connection defines an anchor stroke and a concentric arrangement between the pole core cone and a pole tube. Thus, the pole tube is fixated the magnetizable pole flange. An anchor that is exclusively supported in the pole tube is magnetically separated from the pole tube through a separation layer with a thickness of 0.01 mm to 0.06 mm.

Hydraulic transmission valve

A valve train comprises a double camshaft with an inner camshaft and an outer camshaft. The two camshafts are preferably designed coaxially. By means of a rotatory change in position of the inner camshaft to the outer camshaft, the angular position of at least one cam of the inner camshaft is adjusted or set relative to a cam of the outer camshaft. The cams are divided into sets that can occupy variable cam positions relative to one another. Various configurations of a camshaft adjuster are provided for this purpose.

The invention relates to an oscillating-motor camshaft adjuster having a hydraulic valve, which has two working ports. These two working ports each have a standard opening axially adjacent to one another and an opening for the utilization of pressure peaks as a consequence of camshaft alternating torques. A hydraulic pressure can be guided from a supply port to the working port to be loaded, while the working port to be relieved of pressure is guided to a tank port. In order to also keep the control performance high in the case of internal combustion engines with very greatly fluctuating camshaft alternating torques, it is proposed according to the invention that a position of hydraulic valve can be controlled proportionally, in which the pressure peaks of the working port to be relieved of pressure are blocked relative to the supply port and the working port that is to be loaded.

The cam shaft adjuster is equipped with a first rotor-type output body and a second rotor-type output body which are arranged parallel to each other with their rotary vane body parts.

In order to produce a variable valve lift device for the lift adjustment of the gas-exchange valves of an internal combustion engine, by means of which with adjustment forces and holding forces, independently from whether said holding forces and adjustment forces are applied mechanically, hydraulically or electrically, with an adjustment of the valve lift being as cost-effective as possible, and with maximum accuracy of the adjustment or control of the valve lift to be taken between the individual cylinders of a multi-cylinder internal combustion engine, and, moreover, the adjustment possibility of the valve lift of the valves of an internal combustion engine with several cylinders is obtained within smallest tolerances, it is suggested that a valve lift device () has a rotatable eccentric shaft (), which consists of several eccentrics () and whereby all possible contours of the eccentrics () are positioned within a circle, which is formed by means of the external diameters of a bearing () of the eccentric shaft ().

Variable valve lift device for the lift adjustment of gas-exchange valves of an internal combustion engine

The present invention provides a variable valve timing device for an internal combustion engine having a double camshaft. A gas exchange valve control shaft is provided which has first and second concentrically arranged cam shafts that are adjustable in a rotatable manner with respect to each other, by which a cam of the first cam shaft is adjusted in terms of its angle towards a cam of the second cam shaft. A cam phasing device is provided which operates by rotatable vanes provoking a swivelling relative movement between a driven member and an output member. The cam phasing device comprises at least two pivotable vane adjusters. Each pivotable vane adjuster is assigned to one of the two cam shafts. The pivotable vane adjusters are arranged axially one after the other in a direction of a valve control shaft. Each pivotable vane adjuster may be designed as a rotor-type vane adjuster.
