The present invention relates to a computer-implemented method for monitoring at least one exhaust gas purification system for purifying an exhaust gas stream to be purified of an industrial system or an industrial process. The method comprises retrieving system data of the exhaust gas purification system from a data cloud. The system data stored in the data cloud were at least partially received beforehand by the data cloud from the exhaust gas purification system. The system data relate to at least measurement data of at least one sensor of the exhaust gas purification system and/or data about at least one adjustable parameter of the exhaust gas purification system. The method further comprises determining at least one quantity characterizing the exhaust gas purification system based on the retrieved system data.

Method and apparatus for condensing a majority of the solvent in a process gas stream at low temperatures, e.g., below the freezing point of water, ca. −5° C. The gas stream exiting the condenser step may be further processed in one or more emission control devices, such as a single or multi-step series of concentrator devices, such as zeolite concentrator devices. One or more emission control operations can be carried out downstream of the single or multi-step concentrators. The aforementioned condensing process enables the one or more concentrators to operate in a favorable temperature range for removal of 99% or more of VOC, thereby meeting or exceeding strict environmental regulations.

Cleaning air knife elements are assembled in a parallel orientation inside a housing enclosing the air knife assembly and in fluid communication with a compressed air source. In certain embodiments, the air knife elements are spaced apart a distance that orients the cleaning air knife discharge slots directly parallel and in line with the slots of the air nozzle or bar to be cleaned. Air discharging from the air knife discharge slots passes through the discharge slots of the air nozzle to be cleaned, dislodging dust and friable solid buildup from the air nozzle slots. Additionally, the cleaning air jet enters the air nozzle body, further dislodging dust and friable solids from the internal passages of the air nozzle inside the air nozzle body.
