A round seal () is provided comprising a cylindrical, compressible body (), having a rectangular through opening (). The round seal has fittings () at opposite ends of the body () and a number of screws () going through holes of the body () and the fittings (). Nuts () are received on the screws (). An axial length of the body() is larger at the area of the corners of the through opening () than at the rest of the body ().

A seal is formed of two identical seal halves (). Each seal half () comprises a front fitting (), a rear fitting (), a compressible part placed between the front fitting () and the rear fitting () and a number of screws (). Said screws goes through openings in the front fitting (), the rear fitting () and the compressible part. The compressible part comprises a first material (), a second material () and a middle fitting () placed between first material () and the second material (). The first material (), the second material () and the middle fitting () have through openings for receiving the screws ().

Seal with different compressions

The present invention concerns a seal comprising a front fitting (), a rear fitting () and a compressible part (). The compressible part () is placed between the front fitting () and the rear fitting (). The seal is a transition for a conduit through a wall (), wherein the conduit is received in a central through opening of the seal and wherein the seal is received in an opening of the wall (). In a mounted seal the compressible part () seals inwards against the conduit and outwards against an inner surface of the opening of the wall (). The axial extension of the compressible part () is larger than the thickness of the wall () at the opening of the wall ().

A frame for receiving one or more modules for cable entries or pipe penetrations. A compression unit is an integrated part of the frame in at least one embodiment, which compression unit is to compress the modules inside the frame. The compression unit includes three compression wedges. An upper and a lower compression wedge have the same orientation, while a middle compression wedge has an opposite orientation. The middle compression wedge is oriented with a broad side facing an opening of the frame receiving the modules. At least one compression screw goes through openings of the upper and lower compression wedges and through a slot in the middle compression wedge.
