An embodiment relates to a composition including at least two powders. The powders are selected from the group including a powder including a p-doped perovskite; a powder including an n-doped perovskite; and a powder including an undoped perovskite. A method for producing the composition, a method for producing a detector using the composition, and a detector, in particular an X-ray detector, produced thereby are also disclosed.

The present disclosure relates to coated particles. The teachings thereof may be embodied in coated particles, a method for their production, and the use of the coated particles in X-ray detectors, gamma detectors, UV detectors, or solar cells. For example, some embodiments include particles comprising: perovskite crystals of the type ABXor ABX; wherein A comprises at least one monovalent, divalent, or trivalent element from the fourth or a higher period in the periodic table or mixtures thereof; B comprises a monovalent cation, the volumetric parameter of which is sufficient, with the respective element A, for perovskite lattice formation; and X is selected from the group consisting of halides and pseudohalides, and mixtures thereof; and a coating of at least one semiconductor material surrounding a nucleus comprising the perovskite crystals.

An organic electronic component includes a substrate and a first electrode arranged on the substrate, and at least one organic functional layer arranged on the first electrode. The organic functional layer includes a matrix material into which a p-dopant has been introduced and a second electrode arranged on the organic functional layer. The p-dopant includes a copper complex having at least two ligands. Each ligand has a benzene unit with six carbon atoms. With respect to each ligand, an iminium group is linked directly as a substituent to one of the six carbon atoms of the benzene unit, and an oxygen is bound as a substituent to an adjacent carbon atom of the benzene unit, with the oxygen and the benzene unit together forming an aryloxy group. The ligands are coordinated to the copper cation, so that the copper complex has a trans-structure. The organic functional layer is hole-conducting.
