The invention relates to a dental product comprising a packaging device comprising a compartment with a front end and a rear end, an inner surface and an inner diameter, a layer of lubricant composition on the inner surface of the compartment, a dental material located in the compartment between the front end and the rear end, the lubricant composition comprising a monomer ML with an ethylenically unsaturated group, and filler FL in an amount of 0 to 65 wt. % with respect to the weight of the lubricant composition, the dental material being different with respect to its chemical composition from the lubricant composition.

Dental product with reduced extrusion forces

A syringe for storing and dispensing a first and a second component of a material. The syringe has a first chamber containing the first component and a second chamber containing the second component. The syringe further has an empty blank chamber that spaces the first and the second chamber from each other.

Syringe for storing and dispensing a material

A syringe assembly being assembled from a syringe for dispensing a dental or medical substance, and a protective cover. The protective cover has a geometrically determined, non-foldable tubular protective shaft. The syringe has a cartridge having an outlet for the substance. Further, the cartridge and the protective cover are assembled with the cartridge being received within the protective shaft. The syringe further comprises a dispensing tip that is connected to the outlet for dispensing the substance from the dispensing tip. A first seal is provided between the dispensing tip and the outlet, and a second seal is provided between the dispensing tip and the protective shaft.

Syringe assembly

A flip-top cap () for dispensing a flowable dental substance which is monolithically formed of a thermoplastic material. The flip-top cap has a base () from which a dropper nose () protrudes and a closure that is hingedly connected to the base for pivoting between a closed position, in which the closure closes the dropper nose, and an open position, in which the dropper nose is uncovered from the closure. The closure has an end wall () forming an outward planar end face () and, opposite thereof, an inner face () that has a sealing bulge (). The end wall forms a first thickness (T) between the vertex of the sealing bulge and the end face and a second thickness (T) between a marginal area adjacent the sealing bulge and the end face. The ratio between the first and second thickness is between 1.4 and 1.6.
