A fiber composite component has two inner elements arranged at a distance from one another, around which inner elements a fiber-reinforced plastics band is wrapped. In order to simplify the production of the fiber composite component, a first fiber-reinforced plastics band is wrapped around a first inner element, and a second fiber-reinforced plastics band is wrapped around a second inner element. The first and the second fiber-reinforced plastics band are wrapped alternately around the first and the second inner element in such a manner that the distance between the inner elements is bridged by the first and the second fiber-reinforced plastics band.

Fiber composite component, apparatus and method for producing a fiber composite component

A wheel hub for receiving a vehicle wheel, the wheel hub having a central region with a central opening. In order to achieve a reduction of the forces acting on wheel screws, it is provided that (i) the wheel hub includes at least four screw-in openings for screwing in a respective wheel screw; (ii) the wheel hub includes a number of stiffening ribs corresponding to the number of screw-in openings, which ribs extend obliquely or radially outward; (iii) in each case, two circumferentially adjacent stiffening ribs are connected to one another by a linearly extending connecting web, wherein the connecting web between the stiffening ribs has no connection to the central region; and (iv) a screw-in opening is arranged in each connecting web.

Wheel hub and associated motor vehicle

Wheel carrier apparatus for a motor vehicle including a wheel hub to which a vehicle wheel can be fastened, and an articulation apparatus for torque transmission having an articulation housing and an articulation drive element operatively connected to the articulation housing. The articulation housing is arranged coaxially to the wheel hub and is connected to the wheel hub in a rotationally fixed manner. The wheel carrier apparatus further includes a wheel carrier on which the wheel hub and the articulation housing are borne via a wheel bearing in a rotationally fixed manner. The wheel bearing includes an outer bearing ring fastened to the wheel carrier, an inner bearing ring divided in the axial direction, and multiple rolling bodies arranged radially between the inner bearing ring and the outer bearing ring. The divided inner bearing ring includes a first inner bearing ring element and a second inner bearing ring element.

Wheel carrier apparatus for a motor vehicle

A vehicle axle arrangement of a vehicle wheel suspension system which has a spring arrangement which runs in the vehicle transverse direction in the installed position, steers wheels, and has bearings at the ends which are directed toward the wheels. The bearings are connected via respective bearing arrangements to transverse links which are in turn connected to wheel supports. The transverse links are coupled to a vehicle body. The spring arrangement have two leaf springs of identical configuration which are connected to one another via a coupling member.

Vehicle axle arrangement

A brake disk includes a friction ring, a brake disk hat and a securing ring. The friction ring has an inner side, on which a plurality of projections and intermediate spaces for connecting the friction ring to the brake disk hat are disposed. The brake disk hat has, on its outer side, intermediate spaces and projections which correspond with the projections and intermediate spaces of the friction ring and are shaped to engage in a positively locking manner into the projections and intermediate spaces of the friction ring, with the result that the friction ring is connected fixedly to the brake disk hat so as to rotate therewith. The securing ring secures the friction ring on the brake disk hat in the axial direction. The securing ring includes a number of spring elements which are spaced apart from one another in the circumferential direction of the securing ring.

Brake disk

A brake disc having a friction ring and a hub produced as a separate element and arranged inside the friction ring according. Recesses are configured in the friction ring on the inside to connect the hub to the friction ring and corresponding projections are formed on the hub, which projections engage in the recesses of the friction ring in order to be able to transfer torque from the friction ring to the hub. The recesses have an undercut at least partially in a radial direction, as viewed looking inward from the outside. The disc is simple and cost-effective to manufacture and has an acoustically advantageous operating performance, in particular in the case of thermal expansion.
