The present invention relates to a static mixer for mixing together at least two components. The static mixer comprises The separating wall comprises a free downstream edge which is disposed with respect to at least one of the entry openings so as to allow at least partial flows of the components separated by the separating wall to combine after exceeding the downstream edge and to jointly enter said at least one of the entry openings.

Each flow channel has a respective changing inclination toward the longitudinal axis (A) in the direction of flow.

Static spray mixer

A head plate device is disclosed for a cartridge arrangement for a dispensing apparatus for dispensing at least two flowable components. The head plate device includes at least two separate outlet openings for respectively dispensing the at least two flowable components, and at least two separate inlet passages of the head plate device through which the at least two flowable components can be introduced and flowed through separately from one another. A corresponding storage container device, a cartridge arrangement, and a dispensing apparatus combining a head plate device and a storage container device with a mixer device are disclosed.

An applicator for ejecting doses of a flowable component includes a housing, an application tip connected to the housing, an actuation mechanism, and an insert which is detachable from the housing. The insert is adapted to be inserted into the housing, and has a storage volume for the flowable component. The housing includes a receiving portion adapted to the insert. The insert includes a drive portion which is adapted to cooperate with the actuation mechanism so that the operation of the actuation mechanism results in a displacement of the insert relative to the housing and on a displacement axis.

A syringe for multi-component materials includes a mixer housing, a mixing element, a multi-component cartridge and a mixing head, the mixing head being arranged at least partly within the mixer housing and adjacent to the multi-component cartridge. The mixing head is arranged moveable in an axial direction of the syringe between at least two positions, the at least two positions including a sealed position and a dispensing position. The axial movement of the mixing head is brought about by rotation of at least a part of the mixer housing relative to the multi-component cartridge. The mixing head is axially displaced in a direction opposite to a dispensing direction on a displacement of the mixing head from the sealed position into the dispensing position.

A dispensing apparatus includes a body, two inlets for flowable masses and two outlets through which the flowable masses can be dispensed, with one inlet being connected to one outlet and the other inlet being connected to the other outlet through the body. The two inlets are spaced apart from one another by a first spacing and the two outlets are spaced apart from one another by a second spacing, and with the second spacing being larger than the first spacing. A connection ring engages the body and is pre-mounted to the body. The dispensing apparatus is configured to be non-releasably connected to a two-component cartridge via the connection ring for the supply of the flowable masses to the inlets.

An intermediate piece includes an upper element and a lower element, and a check valve including a head and a spring element exerting an opening pressure on the head. The check valve is arranged between the upper element and the lower element at the first or second passage and is configured such that a first or second passage can be closed by the check valve and such ay that the first or second passage is opened when a dispensing pressure counteracting the opening pressure is applied at least at the respective flowable component.

Intermediate piece for the connection of a dispensing element to a storage container

A dynamic mixer for a plurality of fluid components contains a housing and a rotor element which is rotatably arranged in the housing, with the housing having an inlet opening for at least one respective component and having at least one outlet opening. A ring-shaped intermediate space is provided between the rotor element and the housing in which a mixing element connected to the rotor element is arranged. The mixing element has a vane element which is formed as a directing element for conveying the components from the inlet opening to the outlet opening. The vane element is a directing element and has a directing surface which has a concave curvature with respect to the outlet opening and is further remote from the outlet opening at the onflow side than at the outflow side.

A connecting piece is provided for a static spray mixer for mixing and spraying at least two flowable components which has a tubular mixer housing having at least one mixing element as well as an atomizing sleeve, wherein connecting piece has an inlet region for cooperating with the distal end region of the mixer housing as well as an outlet region for cooperating with the atomizing sleeve, with the inlet region and the outlet region including a deflection angle (&#x3b1;) different from zero, and wherein the outlet region has at its end remote from the inlet region an end section whose outer contour is the same as that of the mixer housing so that the end section of the outlet region can cooperate with the atomizing sleeve in the same manner as the distal end region of the mixer housing can cooperate with the atomizing sleeve.
