A method for producing a conduit for a clean room application, comprising electric cables and an elongate flexible sheath which can be moved back and forth so as to form a deflecting bend between two towers, wherein the flexible sheath has a number of parallel receiving portions, each for at least one cable, wherein each receiving portion extends in the manner of a channel in a longitudinal direction from a first end to a second end; the method comprising the steps of providing at least one cable bundle of contiguous cables and providing the flexible sheath, wherein the sheath is prefabricated and the cable bundle is introduced into a receiving portion of the prefabricated sheath, wherein the prefabricated sheath comprises at least one sleeve unit having two interacting closure profiles of a closure in order to close an open state in a dust-tight manner and the cable bundle is inserted into the opened sheath transversely to the longitudinal direction or the prefabricated sheath comprises at least one sleeve unit which is produced so as to be circumferentially closed and the cable bundle is drawn into the closed sleeve unit in the longitudinal direction.

Compact line guide for clean room applications and production method

A conduit for lines, such as cables or hoses, particularly in a clean room application. The conduit has an elongate, flexible casing which can be moved to and fro, particularly while forming a deflecting bend between two runs, and at least one receptacle for guiding at least one line, with each receptacle extending in the form of a channel in a longitudinal direction from a first end to a second end. One feature of the invention consists in the fact that the casing has, to the side on at least one receptacle, at least one functional zone extending in a longitudinal direction, which functional zone forms a seal with two interacting sealing profiles to ensure a dust-tight closure of an open state, in which open state a line can be inserted into or removed from the receptacle transversely to the longitudinal direction. A further feature consists in the fact that the individual casing has a fastening profile extending on another longitudinal side in the longitudinal direction for a detachable connection to a corresponding fastening profile of a further casing. The invention further relates to a special clamping device for connecting the end of the casing, which clamping device comprises a deformable pressure piece which protrudes at the end beyond a clamping piece and forms a corner protection.

A line guiding system comprising an articulated line guiding apparatus which, for guiding supply lines between two connection points that are movable relative to each other, is curved about a deflection axis extending in a transverse direction transverse to the longitudinal direction, and a separate guiding device for guiding the line guiding apparatus along at least a section of the travel path. The guiding device comprises at least one guide strand, which is arrangeable for predefining a desired course of the section of the travel path. The line guiding apparatus comprises external profile regions, which are arranged for lying against and/or on the guide strand and are shaped with a profile shape for a transversely stabilizing guiding against or on the guide strand by projecting and/or recessed interengagement of guide strand and profile shape to counteract a lateral deviation of the movable line guiding apparatus in the transverse direction.

An energy guide chain including two plate comprising successive chain plates which respectively partially overlap with each other in overlap regions. A respective side part of plastic is associated with each second chain plate. The chain plates are made from a different material from the side parts and have through apertures in their overlap regions. In its two end regions each side part has a plurality of projections which respectively engage through the overlapping apertures in the associated chain plate and the respectively adjoining chain plate to limit the relative pivotal angle of successive chain plates and/or to connect same. In addition there is proposed a two-part separating web for an energy guide chain, wherein the first part has at least one securing pin and the second part has at least one securing receiving means so that the two parts can be connected and released in a direction perpendicular to the main plane of the separating web.

A transverse bar for releasably connecting two side portions of a chain link of an energy guide chain, wherein at least at one or at both of its ends the transverse bar has a fixing region for releasably fastening to the respective side portion and wherein the fixing region of the transverse bar includes a locking element which is transferable into a locking position and an unlocking position, wherein in the locking position the transverse bar is non-releasably locked to the side portion and in the unlocking position the transverse bar is releasable from the side portion, wherein the locking element includes an actuating portion for selectively transferring same into its locking or its unlocking position, and a locking portion for locking engagement with the side portion. The locking element is in the form of a pivotal part and upon actuation of the locking element the locking portion is moved in a pivotal movement at least in a part of its movement from the locking position into its unlocking position or vice-versa.

A dividing bar for an energy guide chain including a plate-like main body having two main sides and two narrow sides extending in a heightwise direction between two end regions. At least one of the end regions is adapted for releasable fixing to a transverse bar. A respective number of holding grooves for holding plate-like shelves is provided at main sides. According to the invention each holding groove is respectively of a continuous configuration from the one narrow side to the other and at each narrow side has an insertion opening through which a shelf can be respectively introduced into and removed again from the respective holding grooves respectively in both opposite assembly directions. The dividing bar further includes a securing device for securing fitted shelves against unwanted displacement in both assembly directions and against unwanted release from the respective holding groove.

Cable carriers having laterally stabilized tabs made of plastic. An arc-shaped guide region of one tab engages in a free space behind a retaining nub on the other tab. The retaining nub provides lateral stabilization. According to the invention, the retaining nub is spatially limited to a middle height section of the tab height and limited in dimension in the circumferential direction about the pivot axis. The arc-shaped guide region is thus overlapped solely by a smaller proportion, preferably ≤33%, of the arc length or angle width thereof by the retaining nub and remains not overlapped (that is, laterally free) over a predominant proportion, particularly 66%, of the arc length or angle width thereof by the retaining nub. This particularly facilitates the assembly of the chain tabs and their connection to each other.

A telescopic cover comprising several telescopic members for a machine tool. The telescopic members can move back and forth with respect to each other and are arranged so that they can be guided with respect to the direction of movement in an overplapping manner, can extend in two directions of movement and in guide rails that are arranged in parallel and at a distance from each other. In order to provide a telescopic cover that is constructive and easy to produce and light to move, the telescopic members respectively comprise a section with which they bridge over guide rails arranged at a distance therefrom forming a continuous arc-shaped cross-section in a first cross-section perpendicular to the direction of movement.

A transverse bar for a chain link of an energy guiding chain for guiding lines. The transverse bar has an elongate main body comprising a first plastic and at both longitudinal ends a connecting region for connection to the side plates. The main body of the transverse bar has two long narrow sides which each have a holding device for separating bars. Provided on the inside of the main body that faces towards the lines is a line-protecting layer for handling the lines gently and comprising a second plastic which is different from the plastic of the main body and is selected to reduce abrasion upon relative movement between a line and the transverse bar. In that case the line-protecting layer extends from one narrow side to the other and at least predominantly covers over the inside of the main body but leaves uncovered the respective holding device at the one narrow side and at the other narrow side.

The lateral tabs are symmetrical by stop surfaces thereof, wherein each lateral tab comprises two protrusions having stop surfaces and two pockets having counterpart stop surfaces. According to one aspect, the protrusions and the pockets are provided symmetrically on the lateral tab. According to one aspect, the joint connector for lateral tabs has a plate-like body having a resiliently flexible joint region, two material regions opposingly arched outward having a cavity therebetween, and two opposite fastening regions on the end. According to one aspect, the energy chain is designed such that, continuously over a chain portion comprising at least more than three adjacent chain links, which comprises the at least two tab strands, the tab strands are structured overall continuously from tabs which are identical to each other.

The guide apparatus has a deflection device having a deflection axis, wherein the deflection region of the line guide device is guided around the deflection device, and the axis of the deflection device includes an angle with the curvature axis of the C-shaped guide region of the guide apparatus, wherein one of the side boundaries of the line guide device is arranged facing towards the convexly curved outside of the C-shaped guide region of the guide apparatus.

A cable run arrangement for clean room applications, which is movable forming two strands and a deflecting bend. The cable run arrangement comprises: a flexible sleeve having a plurality of receiving channels, arranged alongside one another, for supply lines, and at least one support chain, which cooperates with the sleeve in order to support at least one associated receiving channel in a stretched position. According to the invention, the support chain forms a support surface, the width of which is greater than the corresponding dimension of the free cross section of the associated receiving channel. The invention also relates to a support chain per se, which forms a support surface, the width of which amounts to at least three times the distance of the support surface from the opposite side of the support chain.

The invention relates to a side plate (A,B) for an energy chain, comprising a single-piece plate body that is made of plastic and has two overlapping regions (A,B;A . . .D), each for pivotable connection to a corresponding overlapping region of an adjoining plate, the plate body also having a center region (A,B) between the overlapping regions. The overlapping regions and the center region have a number of cross-section transitions, each of which is located between two outer partial surfaces and at least one of which is rounded or broken (Q. . .
