A fuel injection valve for fuel injection systems of internal combustion engines, in particular for injecting fuel directly into a combustion chamber of an internal combustion engine, said fuel injection valve comprising a fuel inlet which is designed to allow fuel to flow into the fuel injection valve, and an actuating device which can be electrically activated and cooperates with a valve arrangement in order to discharge fuel into the combustion chamber in a directly or indirectly controlled manner via a fuel outlet the actuating device having a solenoid arrangement which is to be energized, a substantially magnetically soft magnet yoke arrangement which cooperates therewith, and a substantially magnetically soft magnet armature arrangement which cooperates therewith. The magnet yoke arrangement is constituted by at least two yoke discs. At least one of the faces of each yoke disc has at least one pole web which together with the solenoid arrangement acts upon the magnet armature arrangement. Each yoke disc is composed of at least two partial yokes which contain soft iron and at least partly surround an actuating rod which supports the magnet armature arrangement.

Fuel injection valve

A gas exchange valve actuator for a valve-controlled internal combustion engine is equipped with a rotor, which is to be coupled to a valve member, and a stator, wherein the rotor has at least two stacks, which are arranged at a predetermined distance from one another, of superposed permanently magnetic bars, and the stator is formed, at least partially, from a soft-magnetic material and has at least two pairs of teeth with mutually opposed teeth, of which each pair of teeth receives one of the two stacks between them in each case, while forming an air gap, and wherein the stator has at least two magnetically conductive inner regions which are located between the two stacks and arranged at a predetermined distance from one another in the direction of movement of the rotor and which are at least partially surrounded, in each case, by an essentially hollow-cylindrical coil arrangement, the central longitudinal axis of which is oriented approximately transversely to the direction of movement of said rotor.

Hybrid driving system for a motor vehicle

An active compensation filter for the application in the electric power supply in a land vehicle, which comprises a high-pass filter which is to be coupled with a supply voltage line which carries a supply voltage, in order to detect frequency and amplitude of interference voltage components of the supply voltage. A signal amplifier which is connected in series with the high-pass filter amplifies the detected interference voltage components and supplies them to a coupling element as output signals, which is connected in series with the signal amplifier and comprises a primary side and a secondary side. The primary side is fed with the output signals of the signal amplifier and the secondary side is looped into the supply voltage line.

A fuel injection valve for fuel injection systems of combustion engines, in particular for the direct injection of fuel into a combustion chamber of a combustion engine, comprising a fuel inlet which is adapted to have fuel flow into the fuel injection valve, an electrically controllable actuation means which cooperates with a valve arrangement in order to cause the fuel in a directly or indirectly controlled manner to exit into the combustion chamber through a fuel outlet, with the actuation means comprising a magnet coil arrangement to be supplied with current, an essentially soft magnetic magnet yoke arrangement cooperating with same, as well as an essentially soft magnetic magnet armature arrangement cooperating with same, with the magnet yoke arrangement and/or the magnet armature arrangement comprising a configuration which reduces eddy currents.

Fuel injection valve for combustion engines

A travelling field machine with a stator and a rotor which are separated by an air gap and each of which comprises at least one stator coil or one rotor coil, with the stator or the rotor, respectively, comprising a soft magnetic iron body with a stator or rotor back, in which spaced grooves are formed, generating teeth, and in each of the grooves several conductor bars of the stator coil or the rotor coil, respectively, are arranged in series comprising end connectors arranged at the faces of the stator or the rotor, respectively, which connect the conductor bars extending across at least one groove, with the conductor bars comprising conductor portions of different length projecting beyond the faces of the stator or rotor, respectively, and the end connectors being arranged in a stacked fashion in the axial direction at the faces of the stator or the rotor.

Travelling field machine

A machine with transversal flux comprises a stator and a rotor. Therein, either the stator has a coil arrangement and the rotor is provided with permanent magnet elements, or the rotor may have a coil arrangement and the stator is provided with permanent magnet elements. The coil arrangement has at least one cylindrical winding and is encompassed by a magnetic flux yoke which in a sectional view along the centre longitudinal axis of the coil arrangement is approximately C-shaped. The magnetic flux yoke has a leg at each end which at least partially encompasses one face each of the coil arrangement. At one surface area of the coil arrangement several magnetic flux conducting pieces are arranged coaxially with the centre longitudinal axis of the coil arrangement in several rows. Under the formation of an air gap, the permanent magnet elements are arranged whose magnetic orientation towards the air gap is alternating. In certain positions of the rotor relative to the stator the permanent magnet elements are oriented at least partially in alignment with at least some of the magnetic flux conducting pieces. With this arrangement it is achieved that a magnetic flux from one leg of the magnetic flux yoke to the other leg of the magnetic flux yoke alternately flows through the magnetic flux conducting pieces and the permanent magnet elements aligned with these. Here, the magnetic flux alternates from a first axially oriented row of the magnetic flux conducting pieces and the permanent magnet elements aligned with these to a neighbouring second row and back to the first row, while progressing to and fro in an axial direction.

Transversal flux machine

The invention concerns a fluid-cooled electrical machine with a housing in which are arranged a stator and a rotor with stator and/or rotor coils, wherein the electrical machine is coupled heat-conductively with a cooling device arranged on its periphery and connected with an electronic power control. The electronic power control is divided into several modules, each of which are electrically connected with at least one of the stator and/or rotor coils, wherein the modules are arranged distributed on the periphery of the electrical machine and coupled heat-conductively with the cooling device.

Fluid cooled electric machine

The invention relates to a winding arrangement for an electric machine with a polyphase winding, in which a plurality of coils or coil groups connected in parallel () are connected with a conductor rail (). This makes it possible to connect the coil ends directly and without connecting pieces with the electric power supply. The conductor rails () are preferably arranged at one or both face sides of the post of the electric machine below the slot openings, i.e., in the area of the back of the post. Furthermore, the invention is aimed at an corresponding manufacturing method for a winding arrangement of a polyphase winding for an electric machine, in which the coils or coil groups connected in parallel () of the winding are connected with one of the conductor rails ().

Winding arrangement for an electric machine

The invention relates to an assembly of an electric machine with at least two abutting circular ring or circular disk-shaped sheet metal layers, wherein each of the sheet metal layers is formed by several circular ring or circular disk-shaped sheet metal segments which are arranged concentrically about a centre axis, of which two each are abutting under the formation of a connecting joint and comprise a predetermined minimum cross-sectional area in the radial direction, and with the sheet metal segments of abutting sheet metal layers partially overlapping one another in the circumferential direction and are joined by welds distributed along the circumferential area, with the number of welds between a connecting joint of two sheet metal segments of a sheet metal layer and a connecting joint of two sheet metal segments of a neighbouring sheet metal layer being calculated in such a manner that the sum of the effective areas of these welds is at least approximately equal to the predetermined minimum cross-sectional area of the sheet metal segments.

The invention concerns a winding for a post or an armature of an electric machine with a post or armature () with slots () composed at least in part of L-shaped structural parts (). In doing so, one leg of an L-shaped structural part each time creates a slot bar () located in a slot, and the other leg creates a connecting line () located at a face of the post or armature. Moreover, the invention concerns a winding with several interlaced coils (&#x2033;) whereby the connecting lines () of interlaced coils (&#x2033;) are staggered and therefore arranged in layers. The invention furthermore concerns a winding with connecting lines () flatter than the slot bars (), styled as a fractional pitched polyphase winding with two slots per pole and branch. The invention also covers a winding consisting of several coils (&#x2033;), characterized by the fact that at least two coils () are connected in series, whereby the current flows through one coil () in the direction of the slot head, and in the other coil () in the direction of the slot bottom. The invention also concerns a procedure and a set of structural parts to manufacture a winding for an electric machine.
