A plate heat exchanger may include a plurality of trough-shaped heat exchanger plates stacked one on top of each other. Each plate may define a plurality of openings configured to receive a first fluid and a second fluid separated from the first fluid. An upper cover plate may have crossed embossed recesses aligned with and arranged on the openings of the heat exchanger plate in a sealed manner.

A charge air cooler for an internal combustion engine is disclosed. The charge air cooler includes at least one connecting piece for connection to at least one cooling circuit configured to conduct coolant. The charge air cooler includes at least one coolant pump for circulating the coolant. The at least one coolant pump is integrated in at least one flow path within the charge air cooler.

The invention relates to a valve arrangement () for an exhaust gas recirculation device of an internal combustion engine, especially in a motor vehicle. Valve arrangement for an exhaust gas recirculation device

The invention relates to an exhaust gas recirculation device () for an internal combustion engine (), especially in a motor vehicle, said device comprising an exhaust gas recirculation line () and an exhaust gas cooler () which is built into the exhaust gas recirculation line () and connected to a cooling circuit () operating by means of a liquid coolant. The exhaust gas recirculation cooler () comprises a cooler housing () which comprises at least one exhaust gas inlet (), an exhaust gas outlet (), a coolant inlet () and a coolant outlet (), and through which a coolant flows. In order to be able to improve the adjustment of the cooling power, the exhaust gas recirculation cooler () contains, in the cooler housing () thereof, a first cooling tube arrangement () and a second cooling tube arrangement () which enables a larger heating flow between the exhaust gas and the coolant than the first cooling tube arrangement ().

Exhaust gas recirculation device

The invention relates to an exhaust gas recirculation device () for an internal combustion engine, in particular in a motor vehicle, having an exhaust gas recirculation line () for introducing exhaust gas into a primary intake line (), with an exhaust gas recirculation valve () for controlling the exhaust gas recirculation line (). The exhaust gas recirculation line () has an end section () which runs into the primary intake line () with an orifice opening (). In order to improve the reliability of the exhaust gas recirculation device (), the exhaust gas recirculation valve () has a sleeve () arranged in the fresh air line (), said sleeve () enclosing the exhaust gas recirculation line () in the region of the orifice opening (), being mounted in the fresh air line () so as to be axially adjustable, and presenting a radial internal nozzle contour () with a flow cross section which first decreases and then increases in size in the flow direction, the exhaust gas recirculation valve () having an actuating device () for axially adjusting the sleeve () relative to the primary intake line.

The invention relates to a filter-cooler combination for liquids. The filter is a screw-type cartridge that comprises inlet and outlet openings on a front face and that can be detachably screwed to a connecting element having first connecting channels that are associated with the inlet and outlet openings by means of a central thread, while being radially sealed on the front face; the connecting element comprises the cooler and is provided with second connecting channels for the inlet and outlet channels of the coolant leading towards and away, from the filter-cooler combination, and with third connecting channels for the inlet and outlet channels of the liquid to be filtered leading towards and away, from the filter-cooler combination; the connecting element can be detachably connected to a base carrying the connecting element while the third connecting channels are associated with connecting channels of the base.
