Embodiments of a method, system and machine-readable medium for generating a summary of drilling and operation reports based on a user prompt are disclosed herein. In one embodiment, a method comprises receiving a user prompt that was parsed by a natural language processor; generating a first summary of a plurality of drilling reports for at least one wellbore based on a report repository created from the plurality of drilling reports from at least one wellbore; indicating a sentiment score of the first summary; and generating a final summary based on the first summary and the user prompt.

Control system for automating drilling operations

An apparatus used to provide preprocessed variables to a predictive engine. The predictive engine generates predictive results, based on the variables, to automate well site operations. The apparatus comprises an analysis module, a pattern recognition module, and a library module. The analysis module identifies a well site operation by examining a well site operation variable, determines categories and standard operating procedures associated with the categories using the well site operation and a-priori information, and searches a library of historical information using the categories. The historical information comprising classified procedures and recommendations of historic well site operations. The pattern recognition module identifies a pattern using a statistics based algorithm. The algorithm uses the standard operating procedures, the categories, and the classified procedures and recommendations. The pattern indicating a deviation in the standard operating procedure. The library module classifies the well site operation variables and stores the classified variables.

Data preprocessing system module used to improve predictive engine accuracy

Real-time data from one or more sensors can be received about one or more active wellbore operations. A blended data set can be generated that includes the real-time data combined with historical data about previously completed wellbore drilling operations, and associated with performance attributes. Additionally, identification of a criteria of focus, types of parameters for optimization, and operation groupings for the blended data set can be received. Further, the criteria of focus, types of parameters for optimization and operation groupings for the data can be applied to the blended data set to determine an adjustment for an active wellbore drilling operation of interest. The adjustment for the active wellbore drilling operation of interest can be outputted.

Dynamic multi-well operation integration in wellbore drilling

Apparatus and method of conducting a drilling operation are provided. One embodiment of the method includes drilling a borehole, predicting a value of a first parameter relating to the drilling of the borehole using a geomechanical model, estimating a value of a second parameter from measurements taken by a sensor, updating the geomechanical model based at least in part on the estimated value of the second parameter, predicting a second value of the first parameter using the updated geomechanical model, and altering a drilling parameter for drilling the borehole based on the predicted second value of the first parameter.

An alert system for a downhole operation including a tubular string in a borehole. The tubular string having at least one sensor positioned in the borehole for measuring at least one parameter during operation of the tubular string. A unit in data communication with the tubular string and operatively arranged to enable an operator to obtain information regarding operation of the tubular string. A work area positioned proximate to the unit and operatively arranged to receive the operator when the operator is interfacing with the unit. A vibration module operatively arranged to vibrate the work area or a structure therein, wherein the vibration module is triggered in response to a first parameter being outside of a predetermined range set by a first threshold value. Also included is a method of alerting an operator during a drilling operation.

A system to monitor drilling rig activity and to provide and manage drilling rig information, program product, and associated methods are provided. The system can include a communication network, a drilling rig information management server, a database accessible to the processor of the server, and drilling rig information management program product stored in the memory of the drilling rig information management server and including instructions that when executed by the processor of the drilling rig information management server cause the server to perform the operations of retrieving drilling rig location data from the database responsive to user selection of a geospatial location attribute, accessing digital mapping data to display a digital map associated with the user selected geospatial location attribute, and providing data to display indicia of a drilling rig location for at least one drilling rig overlaid upon and spatially oriented to at least portions of the digital map.
