A vibration damper comprising a working cylinder, which is subdivided by an axially movable piston on a piston rod into a first and a second working chamber filled with a damping medium is disclosed. The vibration damper has at least one compensating reservoir for receiving the damping medium displaced by the piston rod. There is a flow connection between the two working chambers, in which connection there is incorporated a pump assembly. The pump assembly has a fluctuation in the delivery volume with a constant power supply. At least one pulsation accumulator is arranged within the flow connection, wherein the volume and spring rate of the pulsation accumulator are matched to a frequency of a fluctuation of the delivery volume of the pump assembly.

A damping valve arrangement of a vibration damper for a motor vehicle includes a damping valve body having a longitudinal axis A and a throughflow passage is covered by at least one valve disk, a spring arrangement has at least a first substantially disk-shaped spring element; and a force transmission disk arranged between the valve disk and the first spring element so as to be axially displaceable coaxial to the damping valve body. The force transmission disk has a first surface facing the first spring element and comprising a first contact ring with a first diameter, which first contact ring is axially elevated above the first surface, and a second surface opposite the first surface, which second surface faces the valve disk and comprises a second contact ring with a second diameter, which second contact ring is axially elevated above the second surface.

A frequency-dependent damping valve arrangement of a vibration damper having a damping piston with at least one check valve, a control arrangement arranged coaxial to the damping piston including a control pot with a pot wall and a control piston axially displaceably arranged in the control pot that axially limits a control space. The control piston has a seal arrangement that seals the control piston relative to the pot wall including a circumferential groove formed at the control piston and a seal ring arranged therein. The seal arrangement is constructed such that this seal arrangement increases its sealing effect with rising damping medium pressure in the control space and reduces its sealing effect with falling damping medium pressure in the control space.

Frequency-selective damping valve assembly

A control arrangement for a frequency-dependent damping valve having a control pot and an axaially displaceable control piston that axially limits a control space in the control pot and is connected to the damping valve device via an inlet connection. A spring element is arranged between the control piston and the damping valve that introduces a spring force axially into the control piston and the damping valve. When the control piston displaces towards the damping valve and the spring element increases the pressing pressure of the valve disks to increase the damping force. An axial position of a stop in the control arrangement is adjusted by plastic deformation of the pot base. A cross section of the depression corresponds to an outer cross section of the guide bush received in the depression.
