A drive unit for a sliding arrangement, in particular a sliding door, includes a carriage, which is formed for linearly mobile mounting in relation to a sub-structure of the sliding arrangement, a deflection roller rotatable around a roller axis at the carriage for deflecting a drive belt of the sliding arrangement, and a tensioning device, comprising having a shaft with male thread rotatable around a shaft axis, a first shaft reception with female thread for receiving the male thread of the shaft, a second shaft reception for linear mobile reception of the shaft, and a compression spring between the second shaft reception and a spring abutment at the shaft. The shaft is disposed for tensioning the drive belt by increasing the distance between the first shaft reception and the second shaft reception.

Drive unit for a sliding assembly, in particular a sliding door

A profile assembly includes two profile elements, a profile connecter element, and at least one fastening element connecting the two profile elements to each other using the profile connecter element. The first profile element includes guide channels for receiving two leg parts of the profile connecter element. The first profile element includes at least one fastening channel for receiving the fastening element. The second profile element includes a U-shaped recess for receiving the profile connecter element. In the base, the profile connecter element and second profile element in the bottom of the U-shaped recess thereof respectively include at least one mounting opening corresponding to the fastening channel for passing the fastening element there-through. At least the second profile element is formed in several parts and includes two shell parts in the direction of interior and exterior rooms. The profile shell parts are connected to each other, yet thermally insulated.

Profile system

A sliding door installation includes a roller running track and at least one roller carriage supported to be displaceable in the roller running track, at which carriage a sliding door is attached. A closing device is provided with an elastic traction means, wherein a first end of the elastic traction means is stationarily attached with regard to the roller running track, and a second end of the elastic traction means is attached to the at least one roller carriage for changing the tensile stress in the elastic traction means during a movement of the roller carriage in the roller running track.

A sliding door system including a transom; at least one door leaf movable along the transom; an endless traction mechanism traction-resistantly connected to the at least one door leaf; a drive device for driving the endless traction mechanism, the drive device comprising a driven pulley guiding the endless traction mechanism; a rotational body torsion-resistantly connected to the driven pulley and rotatably supported by the transom, the rotational body comprises a coupling member; a locking bolt displaceably supported by the transom; and an electromechanical actuation device. The electromechanical actuation device is operable to cause the locking bolt to interlock with the coupling member of the rotational body to lock the at least one door leaf relative to the transom.

A carriage includes body, at which at least one first roller is freely rotatably mounted, as well as a carriage suspension member with an upper terminal section is supported at or in the body and, with regard to the body, is pivotable about at least one axis of rotation extending parallel to the longitudinal extension of the carriage. A lower terminal section, the carriage suspension member is configured to extend in a downward direction towards a panel to be moved. The lower terminal section is adapted to suspend the panel to be moved therefrom. An axis of rotation of the at least one first roller extends transversely to the downward direction and transversely to a tangent of the travel path of the at least one panel to be moved in an area of the at least one first roller.

Carriage and suspension system utilizing carriages

A locking device for locking a leaf of a leaf installation has first and second locking elements with respective first and latching elements. The second latching element is located at an end facing the first latching element and capable of a latching operative engagement with the first latching element. The second locking element is stationarily disposed relative to the leaf installation. The first locking element is disposed with regard to the leaf to move correspondingly to a movement of the leaf, so that the first locking element is moved translationally into a locking position towards the second locking element and away from the second locking element into an unlocking position. One of the locking elements has an activating element operable to allow for the latching operative engagement between the latching elements in a blocking position and to prevent the latching operative engagement in a release position.

Locking system for door leaf installations

A manual unlocking unit for a sliding door is disclosed. The unlocking unit includes a pivotable lever element comprising a plurality of abutments; a cable having a first end connectable to an unlocking device for the sliding door and a second end connected to the lever element, the cable being tensioned to actuate the unlocking device; and an actuating element actable on at least one of the plural abutments for pivoting the lever element. Each of the plural abutments is configured for receiving a tension or pressure actuating force from the actuating element.

Manual unlocking unit for a sliding door

A linear drive arrangement for a sliding door includes a guide track, a stator arrangement which is fixed with respect to the guide track, a guide carriage to which a door leaf can be fixed for movement parallel to the guide track, and a plurality of permanent magnets fixed to the carriage so that the carriage can be suspended by magnetic forces between the stator and the magnets. A pair of supporting rollers support the carriage on the guide track when the carriage is not fully suspended by the magnetic forces, particularly at the beginning and end of movement of the carriage.

Linear drive arrangement for a sliding door

A drive device for a sliding door system having a transom and at least one door leaf guided along the transom. The drive device includes: a housing which can be mounted on the transom; a pulley which can be driven in rotation by a drive, the pulley being mounted for rotation on the housing and having a flange with locking elements adjacent to the housing; an endless traction mechanism guided around the pulley for moving the at least one door leaf linked to the traction mechanism; complementary locking elements which can be moved relative to the housing to engage the locking elements on the flange and thereby prevent rotation of the pulley; and an electromechanical actuation device which moves the complementary locking elements in response to an impulse emitted by a locking control.

Sliding door system having a locking mechanism

A slim-frame door is guided in a guide rail by a sliding piece. The door includes a hollow section in which a compensating element is displaceably arranged, the compensating element being connected to the sliding piece and being capable of moving in the vertical direction in the hollow section in order to compensate for slopes present between a horizontal edge of the sliding door and the guide rail as the sliding door is moved. At least one end in its direction of movement, the sliding piece has a wedge which prevents the sliding piece from jamming on small objects in the guide rail. A pivoting fitting includes a carrying arm arranged in a carrier section, and a shaft fixed in a horizontal section of the door leaf. The door leaf is pivotably mounted on the carrier section.

Slim-frame door

A housing for an automatic door operator comprising a header section, a closing section and a terminal section. The header section includes two legs and a connecting leg which connects the two legs to one another. One of the two legs includes an end portion having a projection with a circular cross-section and an undercut. The closing section includes another projection with a circular cross-section and an indentation at one end and the terminal section at the other end. The closing section is removably attached to the header section through the engagement of the projection of the closing section with the undercut and the engagement of the projection of the one of the two legs and the indentation. The housing serves to house mechanical and electrotechnical components for the automatic the door operator.

Housing for automatic door mechanisms

A housing for a movable partition system, which housing is used to house mechanical, electrical and electronic components of the movable partition system. The housing has a one-piece, C-shaped transom profile. The housing further has a support leg which defines a cavity in the interior of the housing. The support leg is designed to maximize stability and torsional stiffness of the housing and to maximize available space in the interior of the housing to house components of the movable partition system.

A housing for an automatic door operator comprising a header section, a closing section and a terminal section. The header section includes two legs and a connecting leg which connects the two legs to one another. One of the two legs includes an end portion having a ball projection and an undercut. The closing section includes a ball projection and an indentation at one end and the terminal section at the other end. The closing section is removably attached to the header section through the engagement of the ball projection of the closing section with the undercut and the engagement of the ball projection of the one of the two legs and the indentation. The housing serves to house mechanical and electrotechnical components for the automatic door operator.

A light alloy frame profile system for windows and doors, in particular sliding-swinging door systems with a side piece and at least one movable door leaf, includes a plurality of profiles that are fixed to one another by means of fastening areas. To improve such a frame profile system so that it is substantially aesthetically and functionally uniform, and so that it may be used with simple and material-conserving fabrication methods as well as uniform installation techniques, the fastening area may be realized in the form of a rail that is formed by two hooks and a projection located between them.

Light alloy frame profile system for doors and windows

A hinged connection between a removable housing closure and a stationary housing part, wherein a terminal configuration of the housing closure has a convex molding, with a web that is contiguous with the molding and which web has a tapering cross section. Adjacent to the web there is an indentation, in which a convex molding that is on the stationary housing part and is offset at an angle of 90 degrees from a projecting leg and is connected to the projecting leg by a contiguous web that has a tapering cross section is engaged. The housing closure can thereby be pivoted with respect to the stationary housing part and re-engaged with it. Additionally, when the housing is closed, no parts project either inside or outside in the vicinity of the housing closure and the stationary housing part.
