An electromagnetic valve for a hydraulic system for an automatic transmission of a vehicle. An armature chamber is filled with hydraulic medium and fluidically connected to hydraulic lines of the hydraulic system. An armature is mounted in the armature chamber such that its stroke is adjustable. The armature includes a shut-off body and divides the armature chamber into an opening-side chamber facing the flow opening and into an inner chamber facing away from the flow opening. During a stroke of the armature, an oil exchange occurs, and a displacement volume of the hydraulic medium overflows from the opening-side chamber into the inner chamber. A hydraulic line leading to the opening-side chamber or to the inner chamber of the armature chamber includes a dirt collecting element that is designed as a permanent magnet and that retains contaminations in the hydraulic medium that flows through the hydraulic line during an oil exchange.

Electromagnet for a hydraulic system

A clutch transmission, in particular a dual clutch transmission, includes a hydraulic circuit for actuating and/or cooling the clutch transmission. The hydraulic circuit includes at least one cooler for cooling a hydraulic medium conveyed by at least one pump, wherein a bypass with a thermostatic bypass valve is associated with the cooler. The thermostatic bypass valve has hereby three switching positions, wherein it can be moved to a first switching position by a spring force, from the first switching position to the second switching position by a thermal element against the spring force and from the second switching position to a third switching position against the spring force by a pressure difference exceeding a predeterminable limit value.

A clutch-actuating device for a clutch in a motor vehicle power train has an actuator motor driving an actuating member and a transfer mechanism which transmits the movement of the actuating member to a clutch release element that is movable against an opposing force of a clutch spring to displace the clutch from a closed position to an open position. The transfer mechanism has a first movement range in which the movement of the actuating member in the opening direction of the clutch does not displace the clutch from its closed position, and a second movement range in which the movement of the actuating member causes a displacement of the clutch. The transfer mechanism has an interval of loose play, which is used up within the first range.

The power train of a motor vehicle has an automated transmission and/or an automated clutch, at least one control unit and at least one actor receiving signals from the control unit and serving to control the operation of the automated constituent or constituents of the power train. A reestablishable connection can be interrupted in the event of a malfunctioning of the power train, such as exhaustion of the supply of electrical energy, defectiveness of the actor and/or defectiveness of the automated constituent or constituents and/or defectiveness of the motion transmitting connection or connections between the actor and the automated constituent or constituents. A power train for us in a motor vehicle has a prime mover (such as a combustion engine), an automated gearbox which transmits torque to the wheels of the vehicle, a friction clutch between the prime mover and the gearbox, a computerized control unit which receives signals from several sensors, and one or more actuators which operate the clutch and/or the gearbox in response to signals from the control unit. The actuator for selecting the gear ratio of the gearbox and for shifting the gearbox into and from selected gears employs two transmissions each of which has a worm gearing receiving torque from a discrete electric motor of the actuator and a spur gearing which transmits motion from the respective worm gearing to a mobile component of the gearbox. The connection between the worm and spur gearings in at least one of the transmissions can comprise a damper cooperating with one or more sensors serving to transmit signals to the control unit.
