A roller frame including at least two rollers mounted in a housing between which a nip can be formed. The ends of the rollers are supported in rotary fashion in bearings and at least one of the rollers is embodied as an advancing roller and has an adjusting system by which it is possible to move the bearings of the advancing roller, thus changing the nip. The adjusting system has a rack and a pinion whose teeth engage with those of the rack and can be driven to rotate by a motor. It is possible to change the distance between the pinion and the rack by changing the tooth engagement depth between them.

Roller frame

A device for producing blown films, including an extrusion device generating a tubular film and a flattening device, associated with the tubular film, having two flattening elements, arranged on diametrically opposite zones of the tubular film and adjustable in relation to each other at an acute angle, for transforming a cross-section of the tubular film, which is first circular, then oval, to a double-layer film web. This invention has lateral guide elements for the areas of the tubular film that are not affected by the flattening elements and are arranged between the flattening elements and are associated with the tubular film and the lateral guide elements have an adjustable contour.

Device for producing blown films

A transverse cutting device for a continuously fed-in web of material which is wound onto sequentially positioned winding tubes, wherein the transverse cutting device includes a cutter block which can be displaced transversely with respect to the web of material and can be driven by a drive mechanism in the displacement direction, and in which a cutting blade for the transverse cutting of the web of material is held, wherein the cutter block has an applicator brush trailing the cutting blade, by which the leading edge of the web of material formed while being severed can be successively placed against the circumference of a waiting winding tube. Also, a winding device for winding a continuously fed-in web of material onto sequentially provided winding tubes is proposed, which has a transverse winding device.

A method and apparatus for winding a continuously delivered film web onto successively delivered winding tubes with a rotatably drivable contact roller, a winding station, associated with the contact roller, for the winding tube for winding the coil, a winding preparation station for receiving a new winding tube and beginning to wind the film web, and a transverse-cutting device for cutting the film web crosswise between the winding station and the winding preparation station. Associated with the winding preparation station for the new winding tube are a charger for generating an electrostatic charge of the new winding tube and a blower device for subjecting the film web to a blown air stream aimed counter to the feeding direction of the film web.
