Apparatus for forming plastic preforms into plastic containers, having a forming device which has a plurality of forming stations each having a stretching bar for stretching the plastic preform and an application device act upon the plastic container with a flowable medium. The forming device has at least four pressure reservoirs for the flowable medium, which each have predetermined pressures, and a valve block with at least five process valves. The application device is configured for producing a fluid connection between the valve block and a mouth region of the plastic preform in order to act upon the plastic preforms with the pressurised flowable medium, and the process valves are configured to act upon the plastic preforms with different pressures, wherein at least one process valve is configured for producing a connection between the plastic preform and an environment.

Blow molding machine comprising a temperature regulating device

A pressure regulator device, particularly a dome-loaded pressure regulator, regulating a blowing pressure in a blowmolding machine, including a regulator chamber. The regulator chamber includes a primary pressure port for introduction of primary medium into the regulator chamber with primary pressure, and a secondary pressure port for discharging primary medium from the regulator chamber with secondary pressure. A regulator piston is mounted displaceably inside the regulator chamber, movable into an open and a closed position by a switch position of a valve control device for controlling and/or setting the primary and/or secondary pressure. The valve control device includes a control chamber, and a sealing device arranged at a lower movement stop inside the control chamber between the secondary pressure port and the control means, such that contact of the primary medium with the control means is prevented at least partly, preferably completely, independently of the control pressure and/or primary pressure.

An apparatus for shaping plastics material pre-forms into plastics material containers has a movable carrier on which are arranged a plurality of shaping stations for shaping the plastics material pre-forms into the plastics material containers. Each shaping station has a stressing device which acts upon the plastics material pre-forms for the expansion thereof with a gaseous medium, and a pressure preparation device which prepares the gaseous medium. The pressure preparation device is arranged in a stationary manner and supplies the shaping stations with the gaseous medium for the expansion of the plastics material pre-forms by way of at least one connection line. A distribution device is provided which distributes the gaseous medium from the pressure preparation device shaping stations. A control air line supplies the valve device with a control gas, and a blowing air line supplies the shaping stations with the gaseous medium, are separate from each other at least downstream of the distribution device in a flow direction of the gaseous medium.

Apparatus and method of shaping plastics material pre-forms with separate flow paths for blowing air and control air

An apparatus for sorting piece goods may include a receiving surface which can rotate about a predefined rotation axis and is designed to receive the piece goods. The apparatus may include a first guide rail for guiding the piece goods, wherein this guide rail has a gap through which one region of the piece goods passes and by means of which another region of the piece goods is held. The apparatus may include a turning device which pivots the piece goods with respect to a longitudinal direction of the piece goods. The apparatus may include a separating device which separates out some of the sorted piece goods which are not guided in a predefined manner by the first guide rail or by the turning device. The turning device may be arranged upstream of the separating device in the movement direction of the piece goods.

Apparatus for sorting preforms

An apparatus for shaping plastic preforms into plastic containers, including a plurality of blow molding stations which each have a cavity in which the plastic preforms can be shaped into plastic containers. The blow molding stations are arranged on a movable carrier and each have a stretching rod which stretches the plastic containers in their longitudinal direction by a movement in a stretching direction. A fluid-actuated drive device is provided for driving the stretching rod in the stretching direction. The apparatus includes a guide cam which is arranged in a stationary manner and by means of which the stretching rod can be moved counter to the stretching direction as a function of a movement of the blow molding station. At least one portion of the guide cam is adjustable and, for example, by virtue of this adjustment a dependency of the movement of the stretching rod on the movement of the blow molding station can be varied.

A method for blow molding containers in blow molds of a device operated with the recovery of air from the blow molds, where operation is accomplished consecutively in a preblow stage with a low pressure and at least two further blow stages with respective higher pressures, and where subsequently, in a recovery phase with several pressure stages, air is fed from the respective blow mold, air from the blow mold is first fed into the volumes allocated to the preblow stage, with priority over a feeding at least into the volume allocated to the pressure stage following the preblow stage. Further, a blow control and a control means for the pressure in the volume, where the blow control has a program section for primarily feeding air first into the volume, and possibly for limiting the pressure in the volume to a multiple of the pressure.

A blowing machine used to produce containers of correctly temperatured preforms in blowing stations including correctly temperatured blow molds, having functional get-up components such as at least electric servomotors assigned to at least the blowing stations to control and/or monitor secondary functions of functional get-up components during production. In order to bring at least some of said functional get-up components for secondary functions to the correct temperature, an electrically operated, controllable liquid temperature control system is supplied by at least one temperature control device and is integrated into the blowing machine and guided through the functional get-up components.

A method and an apparatus for the economical production of containers from thermoplastic material with a blow moulding machine () are disclosed. For shaping the containers at least one first pressure channel () is provided, supplying a first pressure. Likewise at least one second pressure channel () is provided, supplying a second pressure, wherein the first pressure is lower than the second pressure. The air in the first pressure compartment () is used for the pre-blowing or for other blowing steps of the containers. The air in the second pressure compartment () is used for the final blowing of the containers. The final blown containers are vented into the first pressure compartment (). A control unit is provided which maintains an essentially constant pressure in the first pressure compartment during the pre-blowing and the venting into the first pressure compartment. A pressure level of the external pressure reservoir () can be adjusted accordingly.

Method and apparatus for the economical production of plastic containers

A conveyance device, particularly relating to a shaking pocket star wheel for conveying containers, with a carrier, a reception element and a reception opening for the conveyed material. The reception element is fixed against the force of a spring in a manner so it can be withdrawn and swiveled about an axis of rotation. To simplify the construction of the conveyance device, and to make the design more universal and operationally reliable, a spring is arranged in such a manner that the force is applied substantially at a right angle to the conveyance direction.
