A roller bearing includes inner and outer rings, and a plurality of rolling bodies configured to roll in two rows on corresponding raceways on the inner and outer rings. At least one of the inner ring and outer ring is split radially to form at least two ring portions. The raceway in an abutment region between the at least two ring portions has a ground recess locally deepening the raceway. Each ground recess on the outer ring has an arcuate course extending transversely to the abutment region, the greatest radial depth of the ground recess lies in the abutment region, and each ground recess extends in the circumferential direction of the raceway of the outer ring over a length which is at most the circumferential distance between the contact point of a first rolling body and the contact point of a second rolling body.

Roller bearing

A reduction in the setting of rollers in a self-aligning roller bearing is provided. The self-aligning roller bearing has inner and outer bearing rings and rollers arranged at least in one roller row. The rollers have a curved lateral surface the direction of the rotation axis and has a radius, and roll over curved raceways of the bearing rings. The raceways are each assigned a groove point around which the curved raceway extends at a radial distance in the direction of the rotation axis. A pressure line intersects the rotation axis at an angle of 90° at a point where these rollers have their largest roller diameter, and the radius of the curved lateral surface is smaller than both radial distances.

Self-aligning roller bearing

A rolling bearing has an inner and an outer bearing ring. Each bearing ring has an inner and an outer shell surface. The roller bearing has rolling elements, which roll on raceways provided on the respective shell surfaces of the bearing rings, and a sealing disc connected to one of the bearing rings and operatively connected in a sealing manner to the other bearing ring. To connect the sealing disc to the bearing ring, one of the shell surfaces of the one bearing ring includes a first connecting means and the sealing disc includes a second connecting means. The first connecting means provide a rotating engagement in which the second connecting means engage in a connected state of the bearing ring and the sealing disc.

Roller bearing with a seal

A cage of a roller bearing includes at least two cage segments, wherein each cage segment is formed from two side pieces, which are disposed at an axial distance from one another, and from a plurality of webs that are circumferentially distanced from each other and that connect the side pieces in the axial direction, wherein each cage segment forms an arc of a given arc length, the plurality of webs includes a center web, which maintains a distance of half the given arc length from the circumferential ends of the respective cage segment, and wherein the center web is penetrated by a bore the center axis of which approximately runs through the center of gravity of the cage segment, and which is configured to accommodate a radially outwardly directed moving device in a releasable manner.

Cage

A rotor bearing of a wind turbine, in particular a rotor bearing having an improved and simplified axial introduction of force into the inner ring. It is specified for this purpose that the inner ring of the rolling bearing has a greater axial length with respect to the axial length of the outer ring of the rolling bearing by a section of the inner ring that corresponds to the axial length of the outer ring and has the length being adjoined by additional sections, wherein the axial lengths of these sections differ in size.

Rotor bearing of a wind turbine

A rolling bearing cage () having a plurality of loose segments () arranged in the circumferential direction is provided. The segments () comprise a main body () having at least one pocket () for receiving rolling bodies (). At least one play compensating element () is arranged circumferentially between two adjacent main bodies (), and the play compensating element () has circumferentially a higher elasticity than a main body (), and the segments () are arranged circumferentially without play at room temperature.
