The invention relates to a fluid-cooled active part () for an electric machine (), wherein the active part () is substantially cylindrical or hollow cylindrical, having axially extending grooves (), at least one electrical conductor (), which is arranged in the associated groove () at least in some sections and which is composed of a plurality of partial conductors (), one or more main insulators (), each arranged between the associated conductor () and the associated groove (), and partial-conductor insulators (), each surrounding the associated partial conductor (). The invention further relates to an electric machine (), having such a fluid-cooled active part () designed as a stator () and/or such a fluid-cooled active part () designed as a rotatably mounted rotor (), wherein the electric machine () can be operated with a voltage in the range of at least a few kilovolts, preferably a few tens of kilovolts. Finally, the invention relates to a drive System (), having such an electric machine () and a fluid energy machine () for the fluid, wherein the fluid energy machine () is designed as a compressor, in particular for process gas, or as a pump, in particular for a process liquid. In order to provide, among other things, a high-performance fluid-cooled active part that is compact and, in particular, resistant in the environment of the fluid or of a process fluid, it is proposed, among other things, that the active part () has one or more cooling Channels () for conducting the fluid, in particular a process fluid, wherein each cooling Channel () is arranged between the associated main insulator () and the respective partial-conductor insulators ().

Fluid-cooled active part, electric machine, and drive system

In a method for producing a rotor of an asynchronous electric machine, a carrier shaft is produced with shaft slots and a squirrel cage rotor is applied to the carrier shaft. The carrier shaft and an electrically conductive bulk material of nickeled copper is placed into a container so that the bulk material fills up the shaft slots. The bulk material is compacted in the container by hot isostatic pressing and thereby bonded to the carrier shaft such that nickel as diffusion material causes permanently bonding of copper to the carrier shaft. The container is then detached from the carrier shaft.

Method for producing a rotor of an electric asynchronous machine

An interface for transmitting electrical power to a motor of a motor-compressor is provided. The interface may include a receptacle having a first end portion coupled with a stator of the motor and a second end portion defining a hole at least partially extending therethrough. The interface may also include a plug configured to be detachably coupled with the receptacle. The plug may include a rigid, conductive rod having a first end portion configured to be coupled with a penetrator of the motor-compressor, and a second end portion configured to be at least partially disposed in the hole of the receptacle and detachably coupled therewith. The rigid, conductive rod may be configured to electrically couple the penetrator with the receptacle, and the receptacle may be configured to transmit the electrical power to the stator.
