A fluid line includes a pipe of a multilayered plastics material. The pipe surrounds an interior space. The pipe has an inner, first layer of polyamide 9T (PA9T), a second layer of polyamide 12 (PA12), a third layer of polyamide 612 (PA612), a fourth layer of polyamide 6 (PA6) and an outer, fifth layer of polyamide 612 (PA612). The inner, first layer bounds the interior space. A fluid line that has a reduced dissolution of material, a reduced permeability to volatile substances, and nevertheless maintains sufficient mechanical properties for a connection to other components of a line, is hence provided.

Fluid line

A connector for a fluid seal, having an annular housing with a first end and a second end and a rotating ring. The rotating ring is arranged at the second end and the rotating ring has at least one connecting element that is in engagement with at least one retaining geometry and with at least one guide geometry. The guide geometry allows the at least one connecting element to move in a radial direction when the rotating ring is rotated relative to the housing. The at least one connecting element is connected to the rotating ring by at least one radially elastic spring geometry.

Connector for a fluid line

Wall feed-through element for a fluid line that includes a housing having a feed-through region running in an axial direction with at least one attachment geometry and a stop. The feed-through region is structured with a bearing section and the connection geometry, on a side of the bearing section facing away from the stop at least one, includes at least one shaping protruding radially over the bearing section with a back wall facing the stop and at least one radially springable projection that is offset in a circumferential direction with respect to the shaping and extends toward the stop in an axial direction and beyond the back wall.

Coupling device and method of forming coupling device. The coupling device includes a first part with a first connection region, and a second part with a second connection region. A sealing ring arranged between the first part and the second part radially extends into the first connection region.

Coupling device with small space requirement

A conduit connector () having a housing (), which has a first connection geometry () that can be connected to a fluid conduit, and a second connection geometry () that can be connected to a counter-element, wherein the first connection geometry and the second connection geometry are connected by a through channel () in the housing and the housing has an outlet opening () and a closing element () is provided, wherein the closing element can be fixed in a first position, in which a connection between the outlet opening and the through channel is blocked, and the closing element is displaceable into a second position, in which the outlet opening is connected to the through channel.

Conduit connector

Fluid line and method of making fluid line that includes an inner contour structured with wave peaks and wave troughs. Each wave peak has a front flank and a rear flank, and the front flanks are structured with an inclination angle, relative to a longitudinal axis, shallower than an inclination angle of the rear flanks.

Directional fluid line

A plug-type coupling for connecting two fluid lines includes a coupling component which has an opening with an adjacent receiving duct, and a coupling piece which is inserted into the receiving duct and has a holding rib which extends from its circumference outwardly and forms a locking surface, wherein the holding rib interacts with a locking stirrup which has at least one leg which is resilient toward the opening. A disassembly element is movably mounted in the coupling component, wherein the disassembly element acts on the leg in the direction of opening the coupling.

Plug-type coupling

A quick coupling for joining two fluid lines includes a first part which has a projection with a. sloping surface directed towards one axial end and a stop face directed towards the other axial end, and a second part which has at least one bracket with a catch that engages behind the stop face in a locked position. An assembly indicator is arranged next to the catch. In the locked position, the indicator projects outward beyond a catch segment of the bracket on which the catch is located, but, in the unlocked position, the indicator projects outward at most as far as the catch segment.

Quick coupling

A plug-in coupling for connecting a fluid conduit to a pipe has a pipe section having a first end section to be connected to a fluid-conduit and a second end section to receive and lock a pipe. A securing ring is attached to the inner side of the pipe section. At least one sealing ring is inserted into the pipe section and seals the pipe relative to the pipe section. The at least one sealing ring is positionally secured in the pipe section between the securing ring and an inner shoulder of the pipe section. The pipe section has a slot extending in a circumferential direction of the pipe section and a support surface located opposite the slot. The securing ring is inserted into the slot until the securing ring contacts the support surface. A circumferential section of the securing ring is received in the slot.

Plug-in coupling for connecting a fluid conduit to a pipe

A plug-in coupling for connecting a fluid line with a pipe having a circumferential holding rib includes a pipe piece with a first end portion connectable to the fluid line and a second end portion which can be plugged together with the pipe, wherein the second end portion is connectable to a first coupling ring part of a coupling ring and is connected through elastic holding arms to a non-circular elastically expandable second coupling ring part. The second coupling ring part has locking sections which are distributed over a predetermined circumferential angle range of a circumference of the pipe piece. When the pipe and pipe piece are plugged together, the locking sections slide over the holding rib and expand the second coupling ring part and engage behind the holding rib, wherein the components located between the locking sections of the second coupling ring part are arched outwardly. The second coupling ring part has at least three locking sections and the circumferential angle range is greater than 180&#xb0;, wherein the outwardly arched parts protrude beyond the circumscribed circle of the locking projections.

Plug-in coupling for connecting a fluid line to a pipe

A heating device includes an electrical heat source for heating a fluid in a fluid line of a motor vehicle, and a heat conducting device which is in connection with the heat source. The heat conducting device is connected with a hose clamp for connecting the heat conducting device to the fluid line. The heat conducting device may include a metal strip, the one end of which is in contact with the heat source and the other end is connected to the clamp. This metal strip facilitates the heat transfer from the heat source through the clamp to the fluid line.

Heating device with an electrical heat source for heating a fluid in a fluid line of a motor vehicle

A coupling device has a coupling receptacle and a matching coupling insert received in the coupling receptacle for connecting two components conveying a fluid. The coupling receptacle has two lateral, diametrically opposed slots and a U-shaped, elastic securing bracket seated on the coupling receptacle with two legs projecting into the lateral slots. The coupling insert has an outer peripheral securing rib and the legs of the securing bracket snap into place behind the securing ring in the coupling position of the coupling device. A securing bushing is arranged inside the coupling receptacle and faces a sealing ring with one end while the other end rests radially outwardly on the securing rib and projects past the lateral slots. The securing bushing has two transverse slots aligned with the two lateral slots, and the two legs of the securing bracket engage the two transverse slots of the securing bushing.
