A method for producing packagings (), in particular cartons, in which in at least one method step packaging parts (), in particular carton parts, are conveyed by a transport device () having a planar drive. The packaging parts () are in each case moved via at least one platform () of the transport device () which is movable by the planar drive, and are processed during a movement that is induced by the platform (). At least one processing step for producing a packaging () from a packaging part () is realized at least partly by a force generated by the at least one movable platform ().

Method for producing packagings and packaging system for executing the method

The invention relates to a method for producing packaging () from paper material (), in particular paper, cardboard or paperboard, said method comprising the following steps: forming packaging () from a blank () made of paper material (), which paper material overlaps at at least one joining site (); positioning the at least one joining site () between a sonotrode () and an anvil (); applying the joining site () with a joining force in a joining force direction (); and making the sonotrode () ultrasonically vibrate in order to ultrasonically weld the paper material () at the joining site (), which method is characterised in that the paper material () is moistened, preferably on the inner sides of the joining sites (), before forming the packaging () and/or while forming the packaging () and/or after forming the packaging () and/or during the ultrasonic welding.

Method for producing packaging, and packaging machine

The invention proceeds from a transporting apparatus for a packaging machine, for transferring pack groups, in particular groups of cardboard boxes and/or cardboard blanks, along a transporting route from at least a first pack-group arrangement in a first transporting-route portion into at least one further pack-group arrangement in at least one further transporting-route portion, wherein the first pack-group arrangement and the at least one further pack-group arrangement are spaced apart internally in each case by different distances, having at least two transporting units, which can be driven independently in a movement plane along the transporting route, at least between the first transporting-route portion and the further transporting-route portion, in a transporting direction and in a return direction, which is counter to the transporting direction, wherein the transporting units each have at least one driving element, by means of which, in at least one operating state, the respective transporting unit is coupled to a pack of the pack group which is to be transferred, at least during transfer from the first transporting-route portion into the at least one further transporting-route portion. It is proposed to mount the driving elements on the transporting units in each case such that, in a force-fitting and/or form-fitting manner, they can be coupled to the pack which is to be coupled to the respective transporting unit, and uncoupled therefrom, in one movement, in each case independently of the at least one driving element of the at least one further transporting unit.

Transporting apparatus for a packaging machine

Conveying arrangement

A closed transport track, includes two tubular or rod-shaped guide rails (), which are arranged parallel to and substantially vertically on top of each other. At least one transport module () is connected to each guide rail () via at least one support roll pair (), wherein the rolls of each support roll pair () can be rotated about roll axes (a) which are substantially perpendicular to a guide rail axis (x) and include an angle of less than 180&#xb0; and the rolls are seated against one of the guide rails () in a detent position. The invention relates to a method for moving piece goods from at least one piece goods conveyor () running in a transport direction (x) into placement positions of at least one placement position conveyor () running in the same or opposite transport direction (+x', &#x2212;x&#x2032;) as the transport direction (x) of the piece good conveyor(s) () in a robot processing line, having robots () disposed at least on one side of a centerline (m) of the piece goods conveyor () of a width, wherein the piece goods are picked from the piece goods conveyor(s) by means of the robots () and placed in placement positions on the placement position conveyors (). At least part of the piece goods are transported transverse to the transport direction (x) of the piece goods conveyor(s) () when transiting the robot line () at a location of the robot line () into the pick region of the robots () disposed on the other side of the longitudinal centerline (m) of the piece goods conveyor(s) ().
