An axial piston machine has a swash plate and an adjusting device having an adjusting cylinder and a double-acting adjusting piston which is longitudinally movable in the adjusting cylinder and includes a piston and a piston rod, which is fixedly connected to the piston and is articulated to the swash plate. The joint between the adjusting piston and the swash plate is a movable swivel joint having a joint body receptacle on one part and a joint body on the other part of the adjusting piston and the swash plate. The joint body is closely guided in the joint body receptacle in the direction of movement of the adjusting piston, is rotatable about an axis of rotation running parallel to the pivot axis of the swashplate, and is movable with a directional component perpendicular to the direction of movement of the adjusting piston and perpendicular to the axis of rotation.

A regulating device for use with a pump that has a hydraulically adjustable displacement volume, wherein the regulating device includes an inflow port, a return flow port, an actuating port, a control port, a first control slide valve, and a second control slide valve. The first control slide valve is linearly movable with respect to a center axis, the first control slide valve defining first and second orifices, which are adjustable jointly and in opposite directions. The second control slide valve is linearly movable and defines third and fourth orifices, which are adjustable jointly and in opposite directions. The second control slide valve is accommodated in a linearly movable manner within the first control slide valve.

An axial piston machine includes a housing, an actuating piston, and a closing screw. The housing includes a cylinder bore, a recess, and a fluid channel. An end of the bore open to an outside of the housing has an internal thread. The recess is located in a region of the internal thread, and is deeper than a thread depth of the internal thread so that a floor region of the recess is free from thread turns. The piston is linearly moveable in the cylinder bore, and is configured to adjust a displacement volume of the machine. The screw is screwed into the internal thread so as to form a closed chamber between the piston and the screw. The fluid channel opens into the floor region of the recess, and is fluidically connected to the cylinder chamber.

An adjusting device for an axial piston machine includes an actuating piston that delimits an actuating space configured to be connected to a control oil source or a control oil drain via a control valve. A control piston of the control valve is loaded firstly by a control spring and secondly by a spring arrangement that is also in active engagement with the actuating piston.

A hydrostatic axial piston machine has a housing. In the housing of the hydrostatic axial piston machine, an actuating pressure cylinder is formed at an angle to the drive shaft. A control valve is inserted into the actuating pressure cylinder in a cartridge type of design. In order to enable maximum movement of an actuating piston in the direction toward the control valve, the cartridge is of shortened design. To this end, an actuating pressure port, which is arranged between a high-pressure port and a low-pressure port, and an actuating pressure passage are arranged completely inside the cartridge.

Hydrostatic axial piston machine

An electroproportionally controlled differential pressure valve cartridge includes actuation and tank ports on an outer circumference, and a pump port on a face-side. A spring preloads a piston into a position that relieves pressure from the actuation port to the tank port. A current increase through an electromagnet opposite the pump port and a pressure increase at the pump port counter the spring to open a connection from the pump port to the actuation port. A concentric opening extends from the pump port to a first piston surface. A duct extends from the first piston surface to a pump chamber. A further duct extends from the pump port to a spring chamber between the pump chamber and electromagnet. In the spring chamber, pressure over a second piston surface counters pressure over the first piston surface.

An adjustment device for regulating torque of a hydrostatic piston machine includes a piston delimiting a chamber, a regulation valve, feedback and regulation springs, and a member. The valve has a displaceable slide to enable pressure medium to flow into or out of the chamber, a measurement surface acted on by pressure from the piston machine, and a bore open to the chamber, a side facing the chamber acted on by a chamber pressure in a first direction. The feedback spring exerts force on the slide in the first direction, depending on a position of the piston. The regulation spring exerts force on the slide in a second direction opposite the first direction. The member has a surface as large as the side of the bore such that the chamber pressure exerts force on the slide in the second direction.

An adjustment device for regulating the torque of a hydrostatic piston machine with adjustable swept volume, comprises an adjustment piston delimiting an adjustment chamber, a regulation valve defining a valve bore and including a valve slide positioned in the valve bore that controls inflow and outflow of pressure medium, and first and second feedback springs configured to exert feedback force on the valve slide in first and second displacement directions dependent on a position of the adjustment piston. The device further includes a regulation spring configured to exert a force on the valve slide in a second displacement direction. During an adjustment of the adjustment piston in a direction of maximum swept volume of the piston machine, beyond a particular position of the adjustment piston, the first and second feedback springs exert an increased force on the valve slide determined only by a spring constant of the first feedback spring.

A hydrostatic axial piston machine includes a swashplate with an oblique surface formed thereon. Working pistons, which revolve and are supported by the oblique surface, are axially positioned on the swashplate with respect to a drive shaft. An adjusting cylinder, coupled to the swashplate, is configured to produce a pivoting moment and pivot the swashplate about a pivoting axis. Displacement of the working cylinders per revolution around the drive shaft is adjustable by adjusting a pivoting angle of the oblique surface. The adjustment of the pivoting angle is configured to pass beyond zero degrees, such that the direction of rotation of the drive shaft is changeable. The pivoting axis is at a distance from an axis of rotation of the drive shaft, such that an internal counter pivoting moment counteracting the pivoting moment is produced during operation of the axial piston machine when the working pistons are subjected to pressure.

A regulating valve, in particular an electroproportional pivot-angle regulator for a variable-displacement pump, includes a piston bore formed in a valve housing and a regulating piston guided in the piston bore. The regulating piston is configured to be actuated in an adjusting direction via an actuator, in particular via a lifting magnet. The regulating piston is acted upon in the opposite direction by a spring force of a counterspring. The counterspring is supported via a spring plate on a supporting spring which is supported on the valve housing. The spring plate is tensioned between the supporting spring and an adjusting device by which the spring plate is configured to be displaced in relation to the valve housing in or opposite to the adjusting direction.
