A dosing device for feeding an infusion product includes: a tower for containing loose infusion product, tubular channels for feeding and discharging the product, first containers for receiving the product from the channels; each channel actuated by an actuation device for releasing a quantity of product; a fixed platform supporting the first containers, a plurality of elements for weighing the product in the containers and supported by the platform; a control unit in communication with each actuating device and with each weighing element, to detect the value measured by each element and actuate the corresponding channel until reaching the quantity of product. Reference elements are independent of the weighing elements are associated with the platform, each supporting a weight of predetermined value; each reference element is in communication with the control unit to transmit a signal equivalent to the measured value of the reference weight by the reference element.

Dosing device for feeding an infusion product

A machine for making filter bags of different shapes for infusion products includes: a wheel defining a work surface and rotating about a relative axis; feed stations for placing tags on the work surface, a continuous thread, along a weave path, and a strip of filter material superposing the weave of thread and the tag. A sealing device is located downstream of the feed stations for sealing between the thread, tag and strip of filter material. A feed device moving the strip along a feed line is positioned downstream of the wheel. A station introduces a dose of infusion product in bag and closes the bag. The feed device has two feed rollers, for unwinding the strip, controlled by a control system for adjusting the speed of rotation of the feed rollers as a function of the length of the filter material needed to form the bag.

Machine for forming filter bags for infusion products

A forming tube for making filter bags of tetrahedral shape for infusion products including a forming element, which is elongate and hollow, which defines a longitudinal axis and which has a first opening through which the product enters in the forming element, a second opening through which the product leaves from the forming element to be dosed inside a filter bag being formed, and an inner through cavity which connects the first opening to the second opening and inside of which flows the infusion product. The forming element includes a main body substantially tubular including the first opening and a forming end including the second opening and mobile in rotation with respect to the main body about the longitudinal axis.
