An electromechanical drive arrangement for a motor vehicle includes an electromechanical main drive motor, a reduction gear unit comprising a gear input, a gear output, at least one reduction stage and a gear housing that houses the reduction stage, an axle differential gear for branching the drive power guided over the reduction stage into a first wheel drive train section and a second wheel drive train section, and an auxiliary unit that can be driven by the main drive motor via the reduction stage. At least parts of the auxiliary unit are integrated into the gear housing. A switching body is provided in the gear housing such that the drive connection from the reduction stage to the axle differential gear can be switchably closed and switchably separated.

Electromechanical drive arrangement for a motor vehicle

An electromechanical drive arrangement for a motor vehicle includes an electromechanical main drive motor, a reduction transmission device which comprises a transmission input, a transmission output, at least one reduction stage and a transmission housing which accommodates the reduction stage, an axial differential transmission for splitting the drive power, which is guided by means of the reduction stage, between a first and a second wheel drive train section, and an auxiliary assembly which can be driven by the main drive motor by means of the reduction stage. The auxiliary assembly is arranged outside the transmission housing. A switching element is provided in the transmission housing such that the drive connection from the reduction stage to the axial differential transmission can be closed in a switchable manner and can be disconnected in a switchable manner.

The tensioning device has two tensioning arms () having tensioning wheels () mounted thereon, which apply a tensioning force to the traction element in front of and behind the drive wheel in the direction of revolution, and is provided with a spring () generating the tensioning force, and a tensioner housing (), which movably mounts at least one of the tensioning arms to which the force of the spring means is applied. The tensioner housing is mounted on the engine pivotably about the axis () of the drive shaft.

Tensioning device for a traction mechanism drive of an internal combustion engine

A device for connecting a generator to a belt drive of an internal combustion engine is provided, which includes a belt pulley () that is guided so that it can rotate relative to a hub () set on a shaft (). At least one spring element is arranged between the belt pulley () and the hub () and connects the belt pulley () and the hub () to each other elastically for transferring rotational motion and here sets a relative rotation between the belt pulley () and the hub () corresponding to an effective torsional stiffness. The at least one spring element is placed with a defined movement play (s) with respect to the belt pulley () and/or the hub (), in order to allow relative rotation through the movement play (s) in a first region (I) with a low torsional stiffness, while, in a second region (), a high torsional stiffness can be generated by the at least one spring element.
